    • A surface acoustic wave filter comprising unidirectional interdigital input and output transducers at least one of which has imperfect unidirectivity and includes two interdigital electrodes arranged to provide a geometrical phase difference .phi..sub.M therebetween and interconnected through a phase shifter which provides an electrical phase difference .phi..sub.E therebetween, the sum of the phase differences .phi..sub.M and .phi..sub.E being unequal to .pi. radians to provide the imperfectness of unidirectivity. The selection range of conductance of an external load or radiation conductance of the unidirectional transducer necessary for suppressing the undesired triple transit echo level can thus be extended while keeping the insertion loss relatively low.

    • There is disclosed an electrophotographic lithographic printing plate having a precoat layer having improved water resistance and organic solvent resistance and an improved photoconductive layer which comprises:(1) a paper base;(2) a precoat layer on one side of said paper base, which precoat layer contains at least(a) 10% by weight or less (based on total solids) of a film-forming water-soluble polymer,(b) about 30 to about 80% by weight (based on total solids content) of a water-dispersible resin, and(c) an inorganic pigment;(3) a photoconductive layer provided on said precoat layer, which photoconductive layer contains(a) photoconductive zinc oxide, and(b) at least 2 binder resins different in acid value from each other by 5 or more, said mixed binder resins in the photoconductive layer having an average acid value of 5 to 30; and(4) a conductive back-coat layer on the other side of said paper base, which back-coat contains at least(a) 10% by weight or less (based on total solids) of a film-forming water-soluble polymer,(b) a water-dispersible resin, and(c) a conductive agent.

    • An elastic surface wave filter for use as an intermediate frequency filter in a color television receiver, comprising an input electrode provided on a piezoelectric substrate plate for converting an electric signal into elastic surface waves propagating through the surface layer of the piezoelectric substrate plate, a propagation path for the elastic surface waves in the piezoelectric substrate plate and an output electrode for converting the propagated elastic surface wave into an electric signal, wherein the fingers of the input electrode are so arranged that the position at which the overlap of the interleaved fingers is maximum is farther with respect to the output electrode than the middle point along the lengthwise direction of the input electrode and wherein the pitch between the adjacent interleaved fingers is non-uniform on both the sides of the position of the maximum overlap, whereby desired group delay and amplitude characteristics for predetermined frequencies are easily and simultaneously obtained.

    • A print instruction device configured to instruct a print unit to print an image stored in an image storing unit storing a plurality of images is provided. The print instruction device comprises a display unit, an operation unit, and a controller. The controller is configured to judge whether each of the plurality of images stored in the image storing unit includes a person who is included in a past image which had been printed in the past, control the display unit to display information regarding the image which is judged to include the person who is included in the past image in a different form than information regarding the image which is judged not to include the person included in the past image, receive a selection of an image for printing through the operation unit, and instruct the print unit to print the selected image.
