摘要： A light source mode alignment device and method and a passive optical network system are provided. The device includes a laser and a temperature control unit connected to each other and further includes a signal processing unit. The laser converts an incident light into a current signal. The current signal is amplified and converted into a voltage signal via a transimpedance amplifier. Together with a modulation signal generated by the signal processing unit, the voltage signal adjusts a bias voltage of the temperature control unit.

摘要： A testing system and method for providing a testing system includes a user interface having a display for displaying information relating to measurements of health data and an input device for receiving information from a user relating to the health data. Provided in connection with the user interface is an autologging feature adapted to provide the user with user-selectable options on the display. The user is prompted, during a time period corresponding to the amount of time needed to perform the measurements, to input information relating to the health data that corresponds to the appropriate user-selectable option. Also provided is a statistical operation adapted to provide the user with enhanced information relating to the measurements of health data. The statistical operation provide the user with an average value based on a plurality of health data readings determined for a specified time period. Also provided is at least one indicator for indicating information relating to the number of health data readings that are within a target range, the number of health data readings that are above the target range and the number of health data readings that are below the target range.

摘要： The present invention provides for a method for analyzing large genomes using a process by where the genomic DNA is digested by a small base pair restriction enzyme. The fragments are then cloned and a unique ta-vector-tag is created. The tag-vector-tag fragments are purified and re-ligated to create a “ditag” library, which are then sequenced. In the final step, the sequenced ditags can be mapped back to the genome using software containing mapping algorithms and a unique ditag reference database to provide a method for scanning large portions of the genome in a reduced amount of time and cost.

摘要： A new Bacillus subtilis strain and its use in preparing medicine for treating thrombosis are provided. Particularly, the use of fibrinolytic enzyme produced by Bacillus subtilis in preparing medicine for treating thrombosis is provided. 摘要： This invention provides a method for upgrading the network rate of a Passive Optical Network (PON), which mainly includes: upgrading the optical fiber line rate of the central office device, and adapting, by the network terminal device, the working rate of the upstream/downstream line automatically to the optical fiber line rate of the central office device according to a downstream data flow transmitted from the central office device. Using the method of this invention, the network rate of the PON can be upgraded without replacing the network terminal and without a manual intervention.
