    • A method for performing photolithography using a photo-resist is disclosed. The photo-resist comprises a first component and a second component. The method includes providing a substrate having a surface coated with the photo-resist and selectively illuminating a region of the surface of the photo-resist using light in a first wavelength band. The method further includes illuminating the entire surface of the photo-resist using light in a second wavelength band. The first and second wavelength bands are different and may not overlap. The method also includes performing a development process for the photo-resist upon illumination with the light of the first and second wavelength bands.

    • A method and a system for anonymous communication are disclosed in the present invention, which are applied in an architecture network with Identification (ID) identifier and locator separation. The method includes: after receiving an anonymous communication request initiated by a terminal, the network allocating an anonymous ID identifier to the terminal, and recording a state of the terminal as an anonymous communication state; when the terminal is in the anonymous communication state, an access gateway device where the terminal is located replacing a source access identifier in data message transmitted by the terminal with the anonymous ID identifier while receiving the data message; and replacing an anonymous ID identifier in data message transmitted to the terminal with the access identifier of the terminal while receiving the data message transmitted to the terminal.

    • The present invention provides a power negotiation protocol that enables PDs and PSEs to negotiate the amount of inline power that a PD consumes and the corresponding PSE provides. This power negotiation allows the PDs provide fine-grained power consumption level to PSEs, and the PSEs are able to manage inline power efficiently using the negotiation protocol of the present invention. The PDs can ask the PSEs for more power when needed rather than having to constantly reserve the maximum amount of power they can consume at all times. Similarly, the PDs can release reservation of excess power when their respective power requirements decrease. The PSEs can limit the amount of power that can be consumed by the PD, thereby providing the ability for an administrator to control how much power a given PD can consume.

    • A method, a codebook, and a Base Station (BS) for precoding are provided. The precoding method includes: obtaining a total uplink power of a User Equipment (UE); if the total uplink power is greater than ¾ of a rated total transmit power of antennas, selecting a codeword from a first codebook with imbalanced power between layers; otherwise, selecting a codeword from the first codebook and a second codebook with balanced power between layers, so as for precoding data to be transmitted according to the selected codeword. Thus, a loss of an antenna performance at a high signal-to-noise ratio is reduced, and the loss of the power amplification of the antenna is reduced if the transmit power of the antenna is restricted.
