    • An antireflection film (110), an optical element (100), a camera module (810), and a terminal (800) are provided, and relate to the field of optical terminals, to effectively reduce reflectivity of the optical element (100) for normal incident light and oblique incident light without limitation from a shape of the optical element (100), so that the optical element (100) has extremely low reflectivity. The antireflection film (110) includes a plurality of convex structures (111) formed on at least one light transmission surface (121) included in an optical waveguide (120). A maximum radial length of a surface that is of each convex structure (111) and that is close to the light transmission surface (121) is less than a minimum value of a visible light wavelength. The maximum radial length of each convex structure (111) gradually decreases in a direction away from the light transmission surface (121). A height of each convex structure (111) is greater than or equal to 310 nm. A distance between geometric centers of surfaces that are of two adjacent convex structures (111) and that are close to the light transmission surface (121) is less than or equal to 220 nm. The antireflection film (110) is applied to the terminal (800).
