摘要： A superconducting magnet coil, an insulating layer, and a superconducting magnet which do not generate quenching under cooled and operational conditions are provided by using a fixing resin (2) capable of suppressing microcrack generation in a resin layer which causes quenching. A superconducting magnet coil manufactured by winding a superconducting wire (3) and fixing the wire with resin (2) and a method for manufacturing thereof, wherein said resin (2) is a low cooling restricted thermal stress and high toughness fixing resin having a release rate of elastic energy GIC at 4.2 K of at least 250J.m , and/or a stress intensity factor KIC of at least 1.5 MPa. 2ROOT m, and/or a stress safety factor at 4.2 K of at least 3, and an allowable defect size at least of 0.3 mm. The superconducting magnet coil manufactured in accordance with the present invention does not cause quenching because microcracks are not generated in said resin (2) when the coil is cooled to the liquid helium temperature, i.e. 4.2 K, and under an operational condition.

SOLUTION: This electrode for a solid high polymer type fuel cell has a solid high polymer electrolyte film, an electrode layer formed on each of both surfaces of the electrolyte film, two reinforcing members to cover each of the external surfaces of the electrode layers, a seal member to cover the entire periphery of both reinforcing members from their end surfaces to their end parts, and the electrolyte film, the electrode layers and the reinforcing members are integrally formed in the electrode. A basic structure comprising a separator disposed so as to sandwich the electrode is formed as a unit cell, and the plurality of unit cells are connected in series in the structure of the high polymer type fuel cell.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anhydrous acid curing agent which can give a varnish having a long life even when a high-melting latent cure accelerator is added by dissolving a cure accelerator having a melting temperature of a specified value or above in a liquid anhydrous acid by heating to form a solution. SOLUTION: A cure accelerator having a melting point of 40 deg.C is used. In the production of a liquid anhydrous acid curing system epoxy impregnating varnish, it can be produced without detriment to the latency and curing properties by previously dissolving the latent cure accelerator in an anhydrous acid under heating and adding the solution to an epoxy resin. In the field where electric machine insulated coils, etc., are produced by using a lowly viscous liquid impregnating varnish, the varnish can show a prolonged pot life and is economically effective and besides can be produced easily. For example, manganese (III) acetylacetonate is dissolved in methylendomethylenetetrahydrophthalic anhydride under heating to obtain a black transparent composition, and this is mixed with a difunctional bisphenol A epoxy resin to obtain a black transparent varinish.
