摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective constituent member which protects an electronic component from mechanical shock by falling objects or the like as mounting tools such as a spanner, a screwdriver and the like in the assembling operation of a vehicle even when the electronic component in which an electronic circuit for a heating resistor-type air-flow-rate measuring device is built is mounted inside an engine room and even when the electronic component is mounted outside the engine room for a reason of a vehicle mounting condition or the like. SOLUTION: In a structure which is formed, a metal protective cover 14 is installed in such a way that a circuit board 1 covers a measuring module which is installed at the inside. By this method even when an electronic component is mounted, e.g. outside an engine room and even when mounting tools such as a spanner, a screwdriver and the like fall on the electronic component in the assembling operation of a vehicle it is possible to prevent the failure of a module in which the electronic component is installed at the inside thanks to the structure wherein a cover member composed of a metal is installed at the upper part of a module member in which the electronic circuit board installed at the inside is fixed to a main air passage constituent member by using a screw.

A sensor 40 for measuring the flowing volume of air is mounted on the air passage body 20. A sensing part 42 of the sensor 40 is inserted into the intake air passage from an opening formed on the air passage body 20 to detect the volume of flowing air. A first flow straightening plate 100 is provided inside of the dust 10 and a second flow straightening plate 200 is provided within the air passage body 20, at the upstream of the mounting position of the sensor 40.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in measurement of a low flow rate area, by using a correction circuit comprising the second resistor which receives the thermal influence of a base, on an equality with the first temperature-sensitive resistor, and corrects and outputs an air flow rate signal. SOLUTION: In a driving circuit 5, a heating resistor RH measures the intake air flow, and the first temperature-sensitive resistor RC compensates the intake air temperature. The heating current Ih is flown to the resistor RH so that the constant temperature is kept between them, and an air flow signal V2 is output. On the other hand, in a correction circuit 6, the second temperature-sensitive resistor RC2 for compensating the special temperature, and a temperature-sensitive resistor RC3 for partial pressure are connected in series, and the resistor RC2 is connected with an output side outputting the air flow signal V2 , of the driving circuit 5. Further the resistor RC3 is connected with - side (minus side) of the driving circuit 5. On this occasion, the resistor RC2 is installed in an air path same as that of the resistor RC, and is supported by a base, so that it receives the thermal influence from the base on an equality with the resistor RC. And the air flow signal V2 is corrected by partial pressure, and an output signal V0 is output. Thereby the accuracy in measurement, in the low flow rate area, can be improved.

CONSTITUTION: One pair of sub-paths 122, 123 are set inside a main path 8 so as to be approximately in parallel with the center axis of the main path 8 and open in a mutually reverse direction. The reverse side end portions of the respective sub-paths 122, 123 are respectively communicated with the vicinity of the opening portions of the other sub-paths 122, 123. Heating resistors 11, 12 are arranged between communicating portions. Since an air flow in the reverse direction against an air flow direction to be detected is not allowed to flow to the heating resistors 11, 12 in both sub-paths 122, 123, flow detection is accurately conducted.
