    • PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for erasing information by moving a Block line to a groove pattern or a non-magnetic area such as an in-plane magnetizing layer or an instable area in a state that a stripe magnetic domain is coupled to such an area. CONSTITUTION:A stripe magnetic domain 1 is closed near a groove pattern 6 for erasing, which is formed by digging a groove in a ferromagnetic substance film 16. Afterwards, when a ferromagnetic field is impressed between one part of the closed stripe domain 1 and one part of the groove pattern 6 for erasing in a direction equal to the magnetizing direction of the stripe magnetic domain 1, the stripe magnetic domain 1 is enlarged towards the groove pattern 6 for erasing and coupled with the groove pattern soon. In such a way, one part of Bloch magnetic domain walls is set in a state to be coupled with the area, where a Block line is made instable at least, or with the nonmagnetic area and the Bloch line is moved to this area. Thus, since it is not necessary to successively execute it concerning all the Bloch lines that the Bloch line is transferred, cut off afterwards and erased like conventional operation, the time required for erasing the information can be widely shortened.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive the extension of a service life of a stretch conductor by forming a constructed part in a closed end part of a magnetic bubble stretch use hairpin conductor which intersects with an ion implantation transfer path. CONSTITUTION:A soft magnetic material detecting wire 4 is formed in a hairpin shape so as not to intersect solidly with a hairpin conductor 3, and so as to enhance dielectric strength between the detecting wire 4 and the conductor 3. As for the conductor 3, a constricted part is formed in an area 8 turned back in the vicinity of an ion implantation path 1, and a gap of the conductor is narrowed. By the shape in which pattern width of the conductor 3 is 3.5mum, gap width of the area 8 is 1mum, and gap width of other part than the constricted part is 5mum, a stretch pulse current of about 80-100mA is enough with regard to a magnetic bubble whose diameter is 0.8mum, and amplitude of a stretch pulse current can be decreased to about 0.6-fold, therefore, a service life of the hairpin conductor can be extended.

    • PURPOSE:To form a very fine pattern by irradiating a high coercive force film selectively with a convergent corpuscular beam capable of beam deflection, and forming different magnetized structure periodically. CONSTITUTION:A groove 3 is formed on a magnetic garnet film 1, and a minor loop as the storage area of a BL (Bloch line) pair is formed by a stripe magnetic domain 2 surrounding the groove 3. The BL pair 4 existing in the magnetic wall of a magnetic domain end part becomes the information unit of this memory. The BL pair 4 performs transfer lying along the magnetic wall by the vibration of a bias magnetic field. Next, after the groove 3 is filled up with polyimide resin and is leveled, it is covered with Co-Pt 5. Afterward, after the Co-Pt is cut into a magnetic film pattern, it is set in a vacuum chamber, and is stabilized by heat, and is irradiated with the convergent ion beam 7 of Ga ion as running along the pattern in a very small period. Thus, the very fine pattern with little residual distortion and little deterioration of a magnetic characteristic can be formed.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain stable detected signals in a wide bias magnetic field range by providing an isolated ion-implanted area at part of the elongated area where the bubble of a detector is extended. CONSTITUTION:An ion-implanted area 7 is provided at the end section of the hairpin type conductor 1 of a detector. The bubble of the detector is started to elongate by means of stretch pulses 4 and reaches the ion-implanted area 7. Thereafter, the bubble can easily maintain an elongated state between an ion-implanted transfer path 2 and the area 7 while pulses 5 are impressed. Moreover, since the ion-implanted area 7 is isolated, the end section of a stripe- like magnetic domain does not move until annihilator pulses 6 are impressed. Therefore, the magnetic domain is stably elongated until the annihilator pulses 6 are impressed and the leakage magnetic field from the magnetic domain is supplied to a detecting line 3. As a result, stable detected signals can be obtained by means of the magneto resistance effect of the detecting line.

CONSTITUTION:An input signal is waveform-shaped by inverter circuits 12, 27 and given to a gate of a MOSFET 17 of a flip-flop circuit C and to a source of a MOSFET 18 of the same channel as the MOSFET 17 opposite to the MOSFET 17, an affirmative and a negative signal with respect to the input signal are generated at the nearly same delay time by operating both the MOSFETs 17, 18 complimentarily with respect to the input signal. Since the flip-flop circuit C is used in this way, a current flows only in a transient way only when the input signal 1 is switched, no steady-state current exists and the amplified affirmative and negative signals with respect to the input signal are extracted from an intermediate terminal 7 of the flip-flop circuit 7. Thus, the power consumption is reduced and high speed processing is attained.

CONSTITUTION:The leading edge of the gap between the two mutually insulated upper and lower layer hair pin conductor patterns 5, 6 is disposed in the vicinity of the cusp 4 of the ion driving transfer path 1. In such a way, when the hair pin conductor patterns 5, 6 of the two layers are used, the amplitude of a magnetic field pulse is larger than when one layer is used to generate a bubble with a small magnetic field pulse. The bubble is generated at a position where the absolute value of the magnetic field pulse is the largest and the generation is limited only in the vicinity of a part in which the gaps of the hair pin conductor patterns of the two layers are overlapped and the length of extending the bubble is reduced. Thereby, at the time of contracting the extended bubble, the malfunction where a part thereof is divided to simultaneously generate more than two bubbles is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:Transmitting data from a terminal 5 are once accumulated in a buffer memory 27 and after that, read by the timing signal of a transmitting timing circuit 26. Then, the data are passed through a modulator 28, a transmitter 29 and an antenna 20 and outputted as the ascending line signal of a frequency f2. The transmitting timing circuit 26 generates a transmitting timing signal based on a random system control signal in control information from a center earth station 1 to be separated by a separating circuit 23. Namely, when the pure aloha system is selected, transmission is started each time the transmitting data are generated regardless of a slot timing. When the aloha system with slot is selected, the transmission is started with synchronizing to the start of the slot timing. Thus, a random access system to adapt to the traffic can be selected and used.
