SOLUTION: Prior to fuel injection, a transistor switch 600 is switched on by an inductor current control signal, and a current flows to an inductor 200. At this time, a switch 610 is still in an off state, so that a current is not flowing to an injector electromagnetic coil 300. The instant a fuel injection control signal instructs injection, the switch 600 is switched off, and the switch 610 rapidly changes into an on state. At this time, an inductor current is suddenly lowered the instant the switch 600 is switched off, and then shifted at a time constant determined by a series circuit of the inductor 200 and injector electromagnetic coil 300, and the inductor current continuously flows through the injector electromagnetic circuit 300.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of program steps related to saturation processing by discriminating whether the result obtained by addition/subtraction of two input values based on a control signal exceeds a preliminarily determined value or not by operation and selecting the operation result and one of set values as the final operation results based on this operation result information. CONSTITUTION:A multiplexer 106 selectively outputs the operation result outputted from a computing element 104 and the positive upper limit value or the negative upper limit value outputted from a constant generator 105 based on operation result information 107 outputted from the computing element 104. Overflow information is inputted as an OR flag 110 to a control circuit 108, and sign information is inputted as an N flag 116 to the control circuit 108. The control circuit 108 reads out an instruction from a ROM and controls a CPU 111 to perform the data read/write of a register file 100, the control of operation of the computing element 104, the control of operation of the multiplexer 106, etc., thus executing an arithmetic processing program.
