    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scale down the width and height of a device at large by accommodating an earth switch, a disconnector for an arrestor, an arrestor, and a disconnector in a power receiving container, and providing a cable head on one side of this power receiving container, and connecting the disconnector to the other side thereby forming a power receiving unit. SOLUTION: The primary apparatus of a disconnector, that a detector 3, an earth switch 4, a disconnector 5 for an arrestor, an arrestor 6, a disconnector 7, and an earth switch 8 are all accommodated in one power receiving container 18, and it is arranged in the space under the unit which has accommodated the secondary apparatus of a breaker. A T-shaped cable head 2 is provided next to the power receiving container 18, and a current transformer 1 is installed in the space under this, and also a storage container for a breaker is connected to the side of the breaker 7 of the power receiving container 18. Further, a disconnector 5 for an arrestor is composed of an earth switch fitted with a three-position type disconnector, and a cutoff device for the arrestor 6 also has a function of disconnecting the earth switch 4. Hereby, the number of containers of power receiving units is reduced, and the width and the height of the device at large are scaled down, and the number of operation mechanisms and operation tools can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of failure diagnosis at the time of occurance of abnormality and at the time of periodical inspection by independently arranging a gas pressure monitoring circuit in each gas section and making it possible to judge the generation of a fault in each sensor circuit. CONSTITUTION:The gas pressure value of respective plural divided gas sections A to C is converted into transmission signal by respective pressure sensors 3 and the signal is transmitted to respective temperature compensating arithmetic circuits 7. The circuit 7 compares the transmitted signal with a measuring signal outputted from an atmospheric temperature sensor 11 and sends converted pressure signal to a central monitoring device. On the other hand, each comparator 8 compares the converted pressure signal with a judging level, and when abnormality is continued for a prescribed time, the comparator 8 outputs an alarm through an alarm relay 10. Respective switches 4, 5, 15 are arranged to provided respective separated sections or judge the cause of faults. Consequently fault diagnosis can be executed at each unit or a failure section can be restricted when the abnormality of gas pressure is generated or periodical inspection is executed and the reliability of the monitoring device can be improved.

An omnidirectionally adaptable type compact operating device for a breaker can be provided by constructing the charging valve 5 in such a manner that it may be adapted to its arrangement in any of such directions as to be positioned in front of or in rear of an operating valve 1 in the axial direction thereof but also as the top-and-bottom and horizontal directions of the operating value 1.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit breaker operating device of large spring force, high voltage, and large capacity by providing a connecting mechanism that includes both an abutting connecting portion which puts an energy storage shaft in a turning movement in the direction in which a closing spring is pushed by the turning movement of a drive member caused by a driving device and a non-connecting portion which puts the energy storage shaft in a turning movement through the release of a locking device while not in connection with the drive member. CONSTITUTION:A connecting mechanism 14 is formed in a portion where an energy storage shaft 15 to which a closing spring 5 is connected and a drive member which is disposed on almost the same axis as the energy storage shaft 15 and to which a driving device 38 for providing a force to push the closing spring is connected are opposite to each other. The connecting mechanism 14 is provided with both an abutting connecting portion which puts the energy storage shaft 15 in a turning movement in the direction in which the closing spring 5 is pressed by the turning movement of the drive member caused by the driving device 38 and a non-connecting member which puts the energy storage shaft 15 in a turning movement through the release of a locking device 37 while not in connection with the drive member. Sufficient mechanical strength can thus be obtained even with reduction of the diameter of the connecting mechanism 14 and the spring force of the closing spring can be increased using a small connecting mechanism.
