摘要： Apparatus and methods are provided for decoding DL PHY channels in a narrow band wireless system. In one novel aspect, the UE performs a cell search and determines a first location of a resource block carrying system signals, obtains a second location of a second resource block based on the first resource block, wherein the second resource block includes a format indicator, determines a DL transmission format based on the format indicator, and receives and decodes a first DL physical channel based on the DL transmission format. In one embodiment, the UE operates in either a standalone mode, an in-band mode, or a guard-band mode. The DL transmission format comprises an offset index from a middle/central frequency of the first resource block in the in-band mode or the guard-band mode. In another embodiment, the UE further decodes a second DL physical channel carrying the format indicator.

摘要： Embodiments provide semiconductors including defect free Group III - Nitride nanostructures and uniform nanostructure arrays as well as processes for manufacturing, where features can be precisely controlled. A Repetitive Multiple Step Growth-Etch Sequence can be used to fabricate uniform Group III - Nitride semiconductor nanostructures and/or nanostructure arrays. Furthermore, core-shell nanostructure/MQW active structures can be formed by a core-shell growth on the non-polar sidewalls of each nanostructure and can be configured in nanoscale optoelectronic devices to provide very high efficiencies. Additional growth mode transitions between different Repetitive Multiple Step Growth-Etch Sequences or between a Repetitive Multiple Step Growth-Etch Sequence and conventional growth mode are employed in order to incorporate certain Group III - Nitride compounds into the nanostructures and form devices. 摘要： A diesel fuel product with beneficial cold flow properties can be produced. A suitable feedstock for forming a diesel boiling range product can be hydrotreated to have a sulfur content of at least about 100 wppm and then dewaxed. This two stage process can allow for production of an arctic or winter diesel without use of high pressures. Optionally, a divided wall column fractionator can be used to allow a single separation stage to handle the effluent from both the hydroprocessing and the dewaxing stages.
