摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly detect the density and flowrate of a solid by causing a radio wave to propagate through a solid-liquid mixture fluid flowing in a pipeline, and measuring a propagation loss. SOLUTION: A data processor(DP) 11 issues a switch selection instruction to transmission and receiving switch circuits 13 and 14, thereby connecting a transmitter 12 to a transmission antenna T1 and a receiver 15 to a receiving antenna R1. Then, the DP 1 activates a timing control circuit 16. As a result, transmission pulses are emitted from the antenna T1 to an insulated pipeline, and fed from the antenna R1 to the receiver 15 through the switch circuit 14 after propagation through muddy water. Furthermore, the pulses are sampled synchronously with strobe pulses from the control circuit 16, and held over a period equivalent to the period of transmission timing signals. Thereafter, a similar process takes place and the time base of received pulses on the basis of pulse transmission and receiving between the transmission antenna T1 and the receiving antenna R1 is extended. Also, the DP 11 detects the amplitude of pulses received from the receiver 15 and calculates the space density of sediment in muddy water on the basis of radio wave transmittance obtained from the average value of the received pulses.

SOLUTION: A soil receiver 18 that receives soil transported by a muck car is provided in the lower part of a pit 10. The soil receiver 18 and a position 21 where excavated soil is loaded on a truck 20 as an excavated soil loading position on the ground 4, are connected by a conveyor 22. The conveyor 22 is formed by combining multiple shaftless ribbon screw conveyors 24 and obtains a large amount of transport by securing sufficiently the area of an opening without being interfered with by a shaft. The conveyors 24 that connect an excavated soil storage unit 14 in an auxiliary pit 12 to the halfway point of a transport route in the pit 10, are provided throughout a connecting route 6. Direct loading equipment on the ground 4 is made needless by installing the excavated soil storage unit 14 in the auxiliary pit 12 by making effective use of a surplus space of the site for the pit 10.

A second pressure regulating tank and a second sludge pump are installed at a shaft part of the sludge pipe 22 to transport sludge.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make concentrated monitoring of construction work by computers by a method in which the pressure of slurry which flows in any one of a sludge sending tube and a sludge-discharging tube is measured at two points at least, and on the basis of the difference between measured pressures, the viscosity of the slurry is calculated to control the viscosity of the slurry on the measured viscosity values. CONSTITUTION:A mud water 100 as slurry is filled up in an excavated trench 10, and a facing 22 is excavated by a rotary excavator 20. The excavated soil is stirred with the water 100 to a slurry. The slurry is directed to mud water treatment plant 30 through a sludge-discharging tube 14 by a drain pump P1 and further to a sludge-sending tube 12 having pressure guages 40a and 40b at two places at least to measure the pressures Pa and Pb of the water 100. Loss head (pressure difference) per unit length of the water 100 in the tube 12 is obtained to calculate the viscosity of the water 100 at real time. A density measurer 50 is provided for exact measurement to detect the density and flow rate of the water 100 in the tube 12 at real time. The viscosity of the slurry can thus be controlled at real time for keeping good function of the slurry.
