    • PURPOSE:To prevent deformation due to gas generated from a superconducting material by forming, in a tubular shape, a narrow band shape metal thin board equipped with plural penetration holes, on both edges in width direction, and simultaneously supplying oxide superconductive material from these holes so as to form a linear body and applying rolling process, etc., to this linear compound body so that it can be formed in a tape shape. CONSTITUTION:While forming a narrow band shape metal board 10 provided with many penetration holes 16, in stagger, on each of edges 12 and 14 in width direction, in a tubular body by butting both edges 12, and 14, an oxide superconducting material 18 of ceramic is continuously supplied therein from the hole 16 to form a linear compound body 20. By forming a tape like linear body 22 by roll processing the compound body 20 so that the hole 16 is placed on either cone side surface out of wide surface of tape width, and applying heat treatment, gas emitted from the material 18 is discharged in a good condition from the hole 16, and generation of deformation such as buldging by gas, etc., is prevented, so that good tape like oxide superconductor is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To perform diametrical deformation of a complex material uniformly and without uneven processing of an internal raw material layer in a state of bellows so as to obtain the ceramic superconductive conductor having an excellent sectional form by performing extending processing of a complex material, in which a raw material is coated with a metal layer, applying supersonic wave oscillation. CONSTITUTION:A raw material substance able to be made to a ceramic superconductor is filled in a metallic container to be made a complex material, and this complex material is applied with extension processing to be made into a wire rod having a desired shape followed by applying prescribed heat treatment to this wire rod. Now, extension processing is performed while applying supersonic wave oscillation to give sliding to an internal ceramic raw material by means of supersonic wave oscillation for being moved. Supersonic wave oscillation to be applied during extension processing is applied by putting a supersonic wave vibrator 1 on a processing jig such as rollers and dice or a processing material 4. Thereby, a superconductor layer is uniformly processed thus to be able to easily manufacture the ceramic superconductive conductor excellent in a superconductive characteristic such as Jc.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor of excellent mechanical strength and cooling performance by reinforcing at least one layer out of a metal hollow substance, an interlaid metallic material layer and an outside metallic material layer with heat-resistance high strength metallic material. CONSTITUTION:A conductor has a ceramic saperconductor layer 2 spirally wound on the outer periphery of a metal hollow substance 1 wound-shaped in its section with a metallic material layer 3 laid there between, and also has a metallic material layer 4 applied along the outer periphery of a wound substance. In the metal hollow substance 1, heat resistance high strength metallic material 5 is buried for reinforcement. The ceramic superconductor with the outer periphery and the hollow portion of the metal hollow substance 1 cooled by cooling medium is used. For the ceramics superconductor layer, superconduc tor such as Bi group and Y group or optional superconductor such as Tl-Ba-Ca- Cu-O group and Ln-Ba-Cu-O group is used. For the metal hollow substance, the interlaid metallic material layer and the outside coating metallic material layer, good heat conductivity metallic material such as Ag, Au, Cu or relative alloy is used. As reinforcing material for these metallic material, heat-resistance high strength metallic material such as Ni, SUS is used.

    • PURPOSE:To join the ceramics superconductive materials without deteriorating the superconductive characteristics by interposing the specified amorphous substance between the ceramics superconductive materials to be joined and heat-treating them. CONSTITUTION:In the case of joining the superconductive materials 1 consisting of a ceramics superconductor with each other, amorphous substance 2 described hereunder is interposed between the superconductive materials 1 and the prescribed heat treatment is performed for these. The amorphous substance 2 has composition wherein at least a metallic component is same as the above- mentioned ceramics superconductor and its melting temp. is lower than the ceramics superconductor. The amorphous substance 2 is produced by melting substance for a raw material capable of being formed into the ceramics superconductor, quenching and coagulating this. As the quenching and coagulating method, various methods such as a single roll method, a twin roll method, a piston anvil method, a rotational submerged spinning method and an atomization method are utilized. Further as the shape, an arbitrary shape such as a sheet shape, a fibrous shape and a powdery shape is applied.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture the composite excellent in strength, wear resistance, etc., by filling the powder of ceramics into a metallic container, executing vacuum sealing, thereafter rolling the container into a sheet shape, forming the sheet-shaped body into a spiral shape, filling it into a metallic container once more, executing vacuum sealing and thereafter subjecting the spiral-shaped body to hot extruding and cold drawing. CONSTITUTION:The powder 2 of ceramics such as Al2O3, MgO and ZrB2 is filled into a metallic container 1 of Al, Cu, Fe or the like, and the inside of the container 1 is evacuated and sealing is executed by welding. The container is rolled by a flat roll and is formed into a thin sheet-shaped composite 4. The composite is thereafter rolled up into a spiral shape 5 and is again filled into a metallic container 11. The inside of the container is evacuated once more and sealing is executed by welding. After that, the container is successively subjected to hot extruding and cold drawing to manufacture a composite constituted of the metal and the ceramics. Or, a stage of forming into the above spiral-shaped body 5 and a stage of vacuum-sealing the above into a metallic container and working it into a sheet shape are repeatedly executed for desired times, respectively, into a composite, by which the metal-ceramics composite of which the ceramics are finely dispersed into a metallic matrix can be manufactured.
