    • PURPOSE: To produce evenly a large quantity of protection films on both sides of a magnetic disk at a time, by forming alternately the flat plate and substrate holder electrodes in multiple stages in a plasma polymerization device which forms a plasma polymerized protection film to a magnetic disk.
      CONSTITUTION: Flat plate electrodes 5 and substrate holder electrodes 3 containing a cavity holding a magnetic disk substrate 4 respectively are set alternately and in parallel to each other in multiple stages within a vacuum container 1. Then the substrate 4 containing a ferromagnetic metallic thin film formed on a nonmagnetic substrate is set into the cavity of the electrode 3. Then the container 1 is exhausted through an exhaust port 7 to secure a vacuum state. Then the material gas for a plasma polymerized protection film is supplied through a supply pipe 2 into the space between both electrodes 5 and 6. The voltage of a high level is applied to the electrode 3 for generation of the glow discharge. In such a way, the plasma polymerized protection film is formed on both sides of the substrate 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure repairing and reinforcing method which is implemented by applying a fiber bonding method for bonding fiber sheets or the like to a structure to repair and reinforce the same, wherein setting of a resin surface layer of a cold setting resin is accelerated, dripping of the cold setting resin under polymerization curing procedure, or a bad smell occurring due to volatilization of volatile components in the resin, are prevented, and complicated work for implementing the method is eliminated.
      SOLUTION: The structure repairing and reinforcing method is implemented by using a fiber substrate formed by sticking an airtight film to one surface of a sheet, a fabric, or a mesh material which is obtained by drawing fiber filaments in a single or two or more orientations, in one body. Then the fiber substrate is bonded to the structure formed of concrete, bricks, or steel, in a surface on which the airtight film is not arranged using the cold setting resin, and after setting of the cold setting resin, the airtight film is separated from the fiber substrate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic expanded anchor capable of preventing neutralization of concrete from a drilled hole portion.
      SOLUTION: A core body provided with an expanded head portion and a screw portion on the other end, a cylindrical body fitted in the core body and provided with a cut groove on the expanded head portion side, seal material filling a gap between the cylindrical body and the core body and not interfering with sliding capability between the cylindrical body and the core body, and the expanded head portion side of an anchor bolt having the seal material shielded at the outside of the cylindrical body so as to have an outer periphery larger than the inner periphery of the insertion hole of the concrete are inserted together with the cylindrical body while deforming the seal material layer into the gap between the cylindrical body and the insertion hole of the concrete surface, and a bottom of an expanded opening portion having the cut groove of the cylindrical body is expanded at an expanded bottom head portion to be fixed at the concrete. After fixing of the anchor bolt, the hole provided at the concrete is completely cut off from an outside air, thus preventing neutralization of the concrete at the hole inner portion.
