    • PURPOSE:To obtain coordinate by arraying alternately plural parallel resistance layers and insulated layers to connect the array at both sides and to obtain a series resistance layer, spacing the series resistance layer usually oppositely to a conductor layer and detecting the resistance of the conductor layer generated when the conductor layer is pressed. CONSTITUTION:Plural split resistance parts 3-1-3-8 are set in parallel to each other on a substrate 1 to obtain a base material film 2. These films 2 are laminated, and the end parts of the resistances are connected every 2nd one with electrodes 4-1-4-5 and 5-1-5-4. Thus a series resistance is obtained. A lead wire 10 is connected to the electrode 4-1, and the base material film 7 having the conductor layer 8 containing an electrode 9 is laminated on the substrate 1 via a spacer 6. A lead wire 11 is attached to the electrode 9 and grounded via the resistance. Then the fixed level of a voltage is applied to the wire 10, and the film 7 is pushed at a point. Thus the voltage is generated to the wire 11 in response to the pushed point. In such a way, the X.Y coordinates can be easily detected for the pressed point. Such a coordinate detector is applied suitably for the detection of the coordinates on a CRT screen by using a material having excellent light transmittance for the substrate and base material respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To attain precisely coordinates of a depressed position, by detecting the resistance from one end of one series resistance layer to one end of the other series resistance layer when it is depressed. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive film where an indium oxide is vapor- deposited onto a polyethylen film 2 on an acrylic substrate 1 is etched, and the series resistance layer consisting of split resistance parts 3-1, 3-2... is laminated. Split resistace parts are provided with electrodes 4-1, 4-2... and 5-1, 5-2... in both ends and are connected in series. A tansparent conductive film where a conductive thin film layer consisting of an indium tin oxide is vapor-deposited to a polyethylen film 7 on a spacer consisting of a polycarbonate is etched symmetrically to the series resistance layer with respect to a plane, and split resistance parts 8-1, 8-2... are formed. Electrodes 9-1, 9-2... and 10-1, 10-2... are formed, and this series resistance layer is laminated symmetrically to said resistance layer with respect to a plane.

    • PURPOSE:To repeatedly print an etching liquid on a surface to be etched with a high accuracy, by a method wherein a thickened aqueous etching liquid is screen printed on a material to be etched by using a screen printing plate formed by coating with a solvent base photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION:Hydroxyethyl cellulose is dissolved into an aqueous 10wt% solution of hydrochloric acid in a concentration of 25wt% to prepare a thickened etching liquid. Further, an ink for screen printing is prepared by adding 5wt% of glycerin. Then, a vinyl cinnamate base ultraviolet-curing resin is applied onto a screen printing plate formed of polyester fibers, thereafter an original copy provided with a pattern of 0.5mm. in width in such a manner as to pass the ink therethrough is placed on the screen printing plate, and is exposed to ultraviolet rays, followed by developing to produce the screen printing plate for applying the thickened etching liquid in a pattern form. The thickened etching liquid is printed on an electrically conductive surface of a film through the screen printing plate.
