    • Improved e-mail functionality. In a first general respect, the invention relates to the ability to co-author an e-mail. For example, an e-mail can be attributed to several senders in the same or similar way that conventional technology attributes e-mails to be from a single user. In a second general respect, the invention relates to the ability to customize the distribution of attachments between recipients of a single e-mail message. For example, one can send an e-mail to several recipients and choose which of those recipients should receive which of the attachments. In this way, e-mail can mimic the practice of letters—copying someone “without enclosures.” Moreover, certain attachments can be included for certain recipients while excluding others.

    • Disclosed is an assembly for loading a bronchial flow control device into a container, such as into a delivery catheter. The assembly includes a funnel housing and a puller housing that mate with one another. The funnel housing defines a funnel-shaped loading cavity that receives a flow control device and that gradually reduces in size moving in a first direction. The puller housing is removably attached to the funnel housing and is also removably attachable to a bronchial flow control device that can be positioned in the loading cavity. The puller housing pulls the bronchial flow control device in the first direction through the funnel housing to gradually contract the bronchial flow control device into a compressed state of reduced size relative to the expanded state.

    • A polymeric composition is provided, comprising: a base component, comprising a first alkenyl-terminated short chain polydiorganosiloxane and a cross-linker; and a catalytic component, comprising a second alkenyl-terminated short chain polydiorganosiloxane and a catalyst, wherein: at least one of the base component and the catalytic component further comprises a filler; said first and second alkenyl-terminated short chain polydiorganosiloxanes together comprise from about 15 wt % to about 40 wt %, said cross-linker comprises from about 1 wt % to about 15 wt %, said catalyst comprises from about 0.005 wt % to about 5 wt %, and said filler comprises from about 30 wt % to about 80 wt %, based on the total weight of the composition; and wherein the composition sets to a solid elastomeric state at about room temperature following mixing of said base component and said catalytic component. Also provided is a method of making a solid die dental model, comprising the steps of: preparing an impression of a dental structure, and fabricating a dental model using said impression by depositing therein a flowable modeling composition as described. A dental prosthetic, such as a composite restoration, can then be prepared using the solid die.

    • Methods and systems are provided for populating user related information, such as in forms at web sites. For example, a method can include providing a web site with information about a user during the front end of accessing the web site by the user. The information can be used to facilitate use of the web site by the user. A system for facilitating access of a web site by a user can comprise an ID provider that is configured to receive a request from a web site for information regarding a user, request information regarding the user from an information provider, and forward the information to the web site. By providing such information to the web site, log on, sign in, and/or registration with a web site can be done quickly, conveniently, and in a manner that is substantially less prone to errors.

    • This disclosure relates to reducing battery usage in handheld communication devices due to operation of variable managed features, such as a location determination feature and other features that consume variable amounts of time and power. The techniques of this disclosure include dynamically managing a power budget allocated to one or more variable managed features of the handheld communication device based on power consumption over time by the variable managed features. More specifically, the techniques include, for each variable managed feature, recalculating a frequency for performing power events based on an amount of remaining power after one or more power events. The techniques also include reallocating the power budget to the one or more variable managed features based on an amount of remaining power after one or more power events of the variable managed features, a pre-determined period of time, or reaching a threshold level of power consumption jitter.
