摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an organism feed for culture of fishes and shellfishes, preventing occurrence of disease of culture fishes and shellfishes, promoting growth of fishes and shellfishes, improving productivity of fries, having high safety by making an organism feed take a microorganism. CONSTITUTION:Microorganisms comprising lactic acid bacteria [e.g. Enterococcus faecalis SHO-31 (FERM P-12,253)] and Bacillus natto, yeast, etc., are directly added to a culture tank so as to give about 10 -10 pieces/ml microorganism concentration. An organism feed such as rotifers and Artemia are made to take the microorganisms in the culture tank and used for culture of fishes and shellfishes such as a prawn, flatfish, swllfish and eel to give an organism feed for fishes and shellfishes preventing occurrence of disease of culture fishes and shellfishes by suppressing ability of multiplication of bacteria of the genus Vibrio with lactic acid bacteria, promoting growth of fishes and shellfishes, improving productivity of fries, having high safety.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a feed for fish and shellfish i.e., for culture such as of lobster, bastard halibut, swellfish or eel, formulated with a specified amount of live lactic bacteria, high in safety, also capable of preventing and curing the disease injuries for cultured fish and shellfish and promoting their growth, and improved in bait efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The objective feed for the culture of various kinds of fish and shellfish such as lobster, bastard halibut, swellfish or eel, having the above- mentioned advantages, can be obtained by formulating (A) >=10 /g of a bait of living lactic bacteria [e.g. Enterococcus faecium SHO-31 (FERM P-12253)] in (B) a bait. For the formulation, 0.1-2wt.%, on a dry basis of the bait, of the lactic bacteria in a frozen state is suspended in an appropriate amount (ca.10-59wt.% of the feed on a dry basis) of water, and the resulting suspension is uniformly sprinkled on the feed to obtain the objective live lactic bacteria- contg. feed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the disinfectant which has an excellent sterilizing property, has high safety to a living body and less affects environment by incorporating lactic acid and ethyl alcohol into the disinfectant. CONSTITUTION:The lactic acid and the ethyl alcohol are incorporated into the disinfectant. The lactic acid and particularly the L-lactic acid which is one of the in-vivo components are used as the disinfecting components. The influence on the living body and the environment is lessened and the excellent disinfecting and sterilizing effects are obtd. by compounding the ethyl alcohol into this lactic acid. The L-lactic acid is preferably the L-lactic acid obtd. by a fermentation method. The L-lactic acid exhibits a slow acting sterilizing power. On the other hand, the ethyl alcohol has a prompt acting sterilizing power and, therefore, when this sterilizing agent is sprayed to an object, the ethyl alcohol having the prompt acting sterilizing power exhibits an effect in executing disinfection and sterilization. After the ethyl alcohol evaporates, the remaining lactic acid exhibits a perfect disinfection effect and the sterilizing effects of both components compensate each other. This disinfecting agent is adequate in daily life and is particular adequate as a portable disinfectant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an easily stretchable film by a method wherein L-polylactic acid and/or D-polylactic acid is melted, extruded, quenched and stretched. CONSTITUTION:After polylactic acid is melted, extruded, formed into film and quenched, the film is uniaxially stretched or gradually or simultaneously stretched for a predetermined width in the range from at least glass transition point to at most crystallization temperature. The film may be treated with constant heat after stretching. The film thus obtained has a tensile strength of at least 6kgf/mm in the stretching direction and a Young's modulus of at least 220kgf/mm in the stretching direction and is excellent in transparency.
