The jig for dropping ball test comprises a fixing device and a dropping ball device. The fixing device comprises a plurality of adjusting rods for fixing a sample to be tested, a test region corresponding to the shape of the sample to be tested is enclosed by the plurality of adjusting rods. The dropping ball device is used to drop a ball towards the sample to be tested. The fixing device of the jig can be adjusted in its size according to the size of a sample to be tested, so that the dropping ball test can be carried out for different samples, which is easy to operate and reduces manufacturing cost.

摘要： The present invention discloses a bridging structure for touch panel and a touch panel. The bridging structure comprises a metal bridge and an insulating block provided on the metal bridge, the metal bridge has two end portions protruding beyond the insulating block, which are used for electrically connecting to two electrode blocks to be connected, respectively, the bridging structure further comprises at least one supporting portion, at least a part of which is located at an outer side of the end portions, and the supporting portion fills a gap between the electrode block and the end portion. In the present invention, by providing the supporting portion at the junction of the electrode block and the metal bridge, climbing path of the electrode block on the metal bridge is optimized, electrical connection of the bridging structure becomes more stable and reliable, and antistatic ability of the touch panel is improved.

摘要： A detection method for detecting ripples of a touch screen, and a detection plate and a detection assembly used in the method are disclosed by embodiments of the present invention, the detection method comprising steps of: manufacturing a detection plate, one surface of which is provided with a plurality of grids arranged in a regular array, which grids are formed by intersecting a plurality of grid lines extending in a first direction and a plurality of grid lines extending in a second direction; placing the surface of the detection plate at a predetermined angle with respect to a surface of one side of the touch screen where the a glass plate is located, such that the grid lines on the detection plate are imaged on the touch screen; and observing grid lines imaged on the touch screen, and determining the existence of ripples at a position of the touch screen corresponding to a curved portion of the imaged grid lines in case of the curved portion of the imaged grid lines. According to the embodiments of the invention, conditions of the ripples on the touch screen can be determined intuitively and easily according to curved conditions of the grid lines imaged on the touch screen, by imaging the grid lines on the detection plate onto the touch screen, such that the accuracy of detection is enhanced.
