CONSTITUTION:In the injector for an endoscope, constituted so that in a jacked tube 1 consisting of a flexible tube, one piece of injection needle 4 extending over its overall length is arranged so as to be freely movable forward and backward, and the tip of the injection needle 4 can be taken in and out to and from the tip of the jacket tube 1 by moving forward and backward the injection needle 4 from a base end side, frictional resistance adjusting means 13, 14 and 15 for adjusting frictional resistance force against a moving forward/ backward operation of the injection needle 4 are equipped in an operating part 2 attached on the base end part of the jacked tube 1.

    • PURPOSE:To easily secure a prescribed interval between an ultrasonic probe and a part to be examined by providing a balloon fixing member having a pair of balloon holding parts and a connecting part for connecting its holding parts, and controlling an expansion of the balloon by the fixing member. CONSTITUTION:A balloon 6 is formed like a sack, and fixed to a tip part main body 1 by a balloon fixing member 7 made of rubber being freely attachable and detachable to and from the tip part main body 1. In the balloon fixing member 7, a pair of annular balloon holding parts 7a for pressing and fixing the balloon 6 are formed in both ends so as to be opposed to each other, and connected by a connecting part 7b formed integrally. When deaeration water is injected into the balloon 6 and it is expanded, the balloon 6 is expanded large in front of an ultrasonic probe 2. However, on its reverse side, it is pressed down by the connecting part 7b, and not expanded in its direction. Accordingly, even if the balloon 6 is pressed strongly against the part to be examined, a prescribed interval can be secured surely between an examinee and the ultrasonic probe 2.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately and safely carry out endoscopic treatments at near the center of an optical observation range by providing a flexible shaft which is curved so that when passed through a treatment tool through passage its end extends toward near the center of the optical observation range. CONSTITUTION:The end side 33a of a shaft is curved. When a treatment tool 30 is passed through a treatment tool through passage 10, the curved part 33 of the shaft of the treatment tool 30 is extended along the curve of the treatment tool through passage 10 and an end treating portion 31 is guided in such a manner as projecting to near the center of an optical observation range 4a. This position is also within an ultrasonic scanning range 3a and the end treating portion 31 appears also in an ultrasonic tomogram. In this case, no matter in which direction the treatment tool 30 is inserted into the treatment tool through passage 10, the end side shaft 33a of the treatment tool 30 comes to the curved part of the treatment tool through passage 10 and then the curve of the shaft 33a is extended along the curve of the treatment tool through passage 10 and the treatment tool 30 is naturally straightened in a fixed direction.

    • PURPOSE:To selectively and equally perform suction from both forceps channels, by providing a change-over cock for allowing a suction pipeline to selectively communicate with both of or one of two communication pipelines respectively communicating with two forceps channels to a Y-shape connection part. CONSTITUTION:A change-over cock 15 is constituted by integrally screwing a joint ring in the cylinder 22 positioned by a support cylinder 21 and fixing the cylinder 22 to a housing 20 by a nut 24. A cock 25 is inserted in the cylinder 22 in a freely rotatable manner, and two communication pipelines 17, 18 and a suction pipeline 16 are connected in a Y-shape and the communication hole 26 simultaneously communicating with three pipelines 16, 17, 18 is provided to the cock 25 by drilling. When a knob 27 is rotated, the cock 25 is rotated in the cylinder 22 and can be stopped at the positions of three places. Therefore, suction can be arbitrarily and selectively performed from both of or one of two forceps channels and, when suction is simultaneously performed from two forceps channels, suction can be performed from both of them under equal sucking pressure.
