    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain enough surface scratching resistance and wear resistance by forming a temporarily hardened layer in coating and temporary hardening processes, applying a specified compsn. to constitute the outermost layer of a transparent coating layer, irradiating the layers with active energy rays to completely harden the whole temporarily hardened layers and the compsn. SOLUTION: The transparent coating layer consists of at least two layers of a transparent layer adjacent to the surface of a base body and a transparent layer as the outermost layer. The transparent coating layer is produced in the following process. First, a compsn. (A) is applied on the surface of a transparent plastic base body and irradiated with active energy rays to partially harden. This temporary hardening process is carried out once or more times to form temporarily hardened layers. Then the compsn. (A) as the outermost layer is applied. Then active energy rays are made to irradiate to completely harden the temporarily hardened layers and the compsn. (A) of the outermost layer. The compsn. (A) contains a polymn. initiator and a polyfunctional compd. having two or more polymerizable functional groups which are hardened with active energy rays. As for the material of the transparent plastic base body, especially an aromatic polycarbonate resin planer sheet is preferable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the surface scratch resistance and the wear resistance sufficient, and improve the weather resistance by a method wherein a transparent hardening substance layer comprises an active energy ray hardening composition containing an active energy hardening multifunctional compound, a photopolymerization starter, and colloid-form silica having a specified grain diameter. SOLUTION: At least at one part of the surface of a transparent synthetic resin forming base material, a transparent synthetic resin layer containing an ultraviolet ray absorbent, is provided, and on the surface of the transparent synthetic resin layer, a hardened substance layer of an active energy ray hardening composition is provided. The active energy ray hardening composition contains a multifunctional compound having two or more active energy ray hardening polymerizable functional groups, a photopolymerization starter, and colloid-form silica of which the average grain diameter is 200 nm or lower. As the multifunctional compound, polyester of polyhydric alcohols and (meth) acrylic acid, a (meth)acryloyl group containing compound having a urethane bonding, and a (meth)acrylic acid ester compound without having a urethane bonding, are preferable.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a cured product excellent in adhesiveness, weather resistance, mechanical properites, etc., by mixing an organic polymer of a specified composition with a polymer made from a polymerizable-unsaturation-containing monomer and having at least one silicon- containing group in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:An alkylene oxide is polymerized in the presence of a composite metal cyanide complex (e.g. zinc hexacyanocobaltate) as a catalyst and an initiator (e.g. hydroxy compound) to produce a polyoxyalkylene polymer of a number-average molecular weight of 5000 or above. At least 0.3, on the average per molecule, silicon-containing group of the formula (wherein R is a 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is a hydrolyzable group; and a is 1, 2 or 3) is introduced into the terminal of the polymer. 100 pts.wt. obtained organic polymer is,mixed with 0.1-1000 pts.wt. polymer made from a polymerizable- unsaturation-containing monomer and having at least one silicons-containing group of the formula in the polymer (e.g. acrylic acid/ vinylmethyldimethylsiloxane copolymer).
