    • The present invention relates to a system and method for determining suitability of a track circuit according to distribution of return current. CONSTITUTION: A Scott transformer(100) converts external power supply into two-phase power supply to simulate a switching system for auto-passing a dead section. A static auto switcher(120) performs the switching between a charged power supply of an internal charger(110) and the power supply from the Scott transformer in the dead section. A transformer(130) for vehicles converts a high voltage from the static auto switcher into a voltage driving components in an electric car. A traction motor controller(140) controls the traction motor using the power supply transmitted from the transformer for vehicles.

      상기. 탭변압기로 부터 전달되는 전력을 철도차량 추진제어 시스템에 적합한 전력으로 변환하는 승압형 피더블유엠(PWM : 펄스폭 변조) 컨버터와;
      상기, 승압형 피더블유엠(PWM) 컨버터로 부터 전송되는 입력신호를 철도차량 추진제어 시스템에 필요한 상태로 변환하는 직병렬 회로변환기와;
      상기, 직병렬 회로변환기로 부터 전달되는 신호(입력신호와 출력신호)의 극성을 반전시켜 전력을 변환토록 하는 직렬연결구조의 인버터와;
      상기, 인버터로 부터 철도차량 운행에 필요한 구동전력을 전달받는 다수개의 전동기를 구비토록 하므로서 달성된다.

The control unit regulates the internal pressure of the station tube railway and controls the vacuum blocking screen devices according to the travel direction of a train.
