    • PURPOSE: A cyanate resin is provided to avoid the generation of an OH group in a curing reaction and to ensure an improved heat resistance, coefficient of thermal expansion, low moisture absorbency and low permittivity through a specific structure having low coefficient of thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION: A cyanate resin is represented by one of chemical formulas 1-3. In chemical formulas 1, 2 and 3, the core structure of A and B is selected from the group consisting of a bisphenol-A structure, a biphenyl structure, a naphthalene structure, a cardo structure, an anthracene structure, a polyaromatic structure, and a liquid crystal compound structure. In chemical formula 1, the number(n) of a repeating unit is an integer of 1-10. In chemical formula 3, the number(m) of a repeating unit is an integer of 1-10.

    • PURPOSE: An epoxy resin and a thermosetting polymer composite including thereof are provided to improve the mechanical strength of the resin at the high temperature by a cardo system unit or linear epoxy structure. CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin contains a naphthalene system unit and a cardo system unit in a main chain. The epoxy resin is modified by at least one side modified selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a (meth)acrylate group, a vinyl group, an allyl group, a carboxylic acid group, and an acid anhydride group. The epoxy resin is marked with either chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. In the chemical formulas, n is bigger than 0 and smaller than 100. A thermosetting polymer composite includes the epoxy resin and at least one kind of filler.

    • An organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent containing nanosilica particles is provided to produce a plastic substrate having excellent cracking and peeling resistance, gas permeability, surface hardness, thermal stability and processability. An organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent containing nanosilica particles comprises: 95-99.9 wt% of a polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane-based inorganic compound; and 0.1-5 wt% of a photoinitiator. The polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane-based inorganic compound is represented by the following formula 2, wherein R is selected from the group consisting of C1-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl, aromatic groups such as phenyl and naphthyl and hydridodimethylsiloxyl; or any one of the R groups is selected from norbornyl, (meth)acrylate, styrene, epoxy, isocyanate, C1-C8 alcohol, thiol, silanethiol, amine, silane, C1-C8 alkoxysilane, halogenated(F, Cl, Br, I) silane, phenol, halide(F, Cl, Br, I), C1-C8 carboxylic acid, nitrile and C1-C8 ester, and the others are selected from a C1-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl, aromatic groups such as phenyl and naphthyl, and non-reactive groups such as hydridodimethylsiloxyl.
