摘要： 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 쿼드 트리 구조를 이용하는 영상 복호화 방법은 부호화 단위에서 통합 코드 블록 플래그 정보를 복호화 하는 단계와; 상기 통합 코드 블록 플래그 정보와 변환 단위의 크기 정보를 기초로 분할 정보 플래그를 복호화 하는 단계와; 상기 분할 정보 플래그를 기초로 상기 변환 단위가 추가로 분할되지 않는 경우 상기 변환 단위의 코드 블록 플래그 정보를 복호화 하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 분할 정보 플래그를 복호화 하는 단계는 상기 변환 단위의 변환 계수가 존재하지 않는 경우, 상기 분할 정보 플래그를 복호화 하지 않을 수 있다. 따라서, 부/복호화 효율을 높이고 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있다.
