    • PURPOSE: A tempered glass manufacturing method is provided to produce a glass with high formation tension after reinforcement, by controlling the inner and outer temperature of the glass in a heating process of the glass. CONSTITUTION: A tempered glass manufacturing method comprises the following steps; a glass is inserted in a furnace; the glass is heated by using a heater and a high frequency generator; and the glass is quenched. A heating step includes the following steps; the glass is firstly heated with the heater; the firstly heat glass is secondly heated. The glass of the first heating step is heated at a temperature greater than 400 deg. C and less than 700 deg. C. The glass of the second heating step is heated until 700 deg. C. The internal temperature of the heated glass is higher than outer temperature of glass or the same. The high frequency generator generates the high frequency with 0.98-6.0GHz of vibration number. A tempered glass manufacturing apparatus includes a conveying unit, a heating furnace, and a cooling furnace. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the transmittance of a patterned glass substrate comprises a beam irradiating unit(41), a reflection mirror(42), a light collecting lens(44), a beam diffuser(45), a detector(47), and a measuring unit(48). The beam irradiating unit irradiates laser beams. The reflection mirror reflects the laser beams irradiated from the laser irradiating unit. The light collecting lens collects the laser beams reflected in the reflection mirror. The beam diffuser magnifies sizes of the laser beams collected by the light collecting lens. The detector receives the laser beams penetrated a patterned glass substrate after being diffused by the beam diffuser. The measuring unit measures the transmittance of the patterned glass substrate by using the laser beams received by the detector.
