The friction measuring tool is assembled to the tool holder.

    • An equipment and a method for press forming a product according to product shape, which can correct pressing force of the press equipment by increasing or decreasing a proper pressing force in a press equipment when press forming a product according to shape of the product, and can obtain a high quality product by preventing product defects that can be generated after press forming, are provided. An equipment for press forming a product according to product shape comprises: an upper mold(2) vertically reciprocated by a prescribed press(1); a lower mold(2) installed on a prescribed lower base(3) oppositely to the upper mold; a moving plate(12) which supports the lower mold and vertically moves the lower mold by at least one vertical cylinder(15); a plurality of supporting rods(11) installed between the moving plate and the lower mold to support the lower mold; cylinders(14) installed on the bottom of the moving plate to selectively press the supporting rods when press forming the bottom of the supporting rods partially passing through the moving plate; and a controller for operating the respective cylinders by data inputted according to shape of an applied product to move the supporting rods in a vertical direction.

CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating the formability of an uncoated hot-rolled steel sheet for hot press forming comprises the steps of: giving the same temperature hysteresis as an HPF process to the uncoated hot-rolled steel sheet for HPF(Hot Press Forming), carrying out an extension process, and then calculating a main deformation rate when a sub deformation rate is 0 through a forming limit test; measuring a uniform elongation from a tension test giving the same temperature hysteresis as the HPF process to a material; obtaining the thickness and carbon equivalent of the material; extracting the correlation among the uniform elongation, the thickness, the carbon equivalent, and the principal strain value; and measuring the uniform elongation, the thickness, and the carbon equivalent of a material to estimate and determining the predicted main deformation rate as the forming limit of the material.

    • An apparatus for measuring a friction coefficient of a steel plate is provided to perform friction test within a short time by heating the steel plate fast up to a high temperature. An apparatus for measuring a friction coefficient of a steel plate includes an RF induction heater, a fixing unit(12), a mold(15), first and second hydraulic cylinders(16,18), first and second load cells(17,19), a temperature sensor, and a computer(21). The RF induction heater heats a steel plate(14). The fixing unit fixes an end of the steel plate. The mold presses the steel plate. The first hydraulic cylinder is installed under the steel plate for the first load cell to measure a pressing load applied to the steel plate. The second hydraulic cylinder is connected to the steel plate by the fixing unit and draws out the steel plate for the second load cell to measure drawing load. The temperature sensor measures a surface temperature of the steel plate. The computer receives the pressing and drawing loads and the surface temperature which are used to calculate the friction coefficient of the steel plate.
