    • The present invention relates to a lighting module using an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and, more specifically, to a lighting module using OLED in which a power supply terminal can be stably connected to an electrode pad formed on a glass substrate of an OLED lighting plate. The present invention provides the OLED lighting module which comprises: an OLED lighting plate which has a structure of a first side in which the whole side is formed with a flat surface and a second side formed with a central plane and a peripheral rim having a stepped surface, wherein a transparent electrode is formed on the stepped surface; a FPCB substrate which includes a main substrate unit having a power supply terminal connected to a power supply unit in correspondence with the central plane and a wing substrate unit which is formed by extending to all directions from the central plane and has a connection terminal in correspondence with the transparent electrode; and a conductive adhesive film in which an electrical current flows through the transparent electrode and the connection terminal by being attached between the stepped surface and the wing substrate unit.

    • PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device, and a manufacturing method and apparatus thereof are provided to omit a shadow mask for upper electrode formation by forming an organic layer and an upper electrode by using one shadow mask for organic layer formation. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode is formed on substrate. A tray supports the substrate. An organic layer is formed on the bottom electrode by using a shadow mask. A shadow mask cleaning part cleans the shadow mask. An upper electrode is formed on the organic layer by using the shadow mask used in the organic layer formation. An insulating layer is formed on the bottom electrode. The organic layer covers a part of the insulating layer. A controller transfers the shadow mask to the shadow mask cleaning part after the organic layer and the upper electrode are formed.
