    • PURPOSE: A method for acquiring buying information is provided to obtain exact buying information by an instant question investigation and to analyze a satisfaction degree of a consumer with regard to the goods and the propensity to consume of the client when a client enters an electronic commerce system to buy goods. CONSTITUTION: A method for acquiring buying information comprises the steps of: checking whether a client registering at an electronic commerce system(100) requires a price sanction; if yes, simultaneously driving a preservation supporting module(10) and an electronic sanction supporting module(20) to perform a price sanction with regard to the purchasing goods, wherein while the price sanction is performed, a question investigation screen associated with the buying goods is output in order to acquire buying information of the client; analyzing a client satisfaction degree with regard to corresponding goods and the propensity to consume of a corresponding client on the base of information input through the screen; storing the analyzed information to a database in connection with a web; and connecting the stored contents in the data base(40) to an on-line statistics processing supporting module(30) to analyze the propensity to consumption or the satisfaction degree with regard to all consumers.
