    • PURPOSE: A heat treatment equipment for amorphous metal and a manufacturing method of a microwave shielding sheet using amorphous metal are provided to change amorphous metal into ribbon-shaped nanocrystalline metal through a heat treatment with applying magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: Amorphous metal is formed as ribbons(S110). Ribbon-shaped amorphous metal is transformed to ribbon-shaped nanocrystalline metal through magnetic field applying heat treatment(S120). After nanocrystalline metal ribbons are treated by heating, they are arranged side by side on a coplanar plane(S130). The arranged ribbons are covered with PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) film layer(S140).
