摘要： An opening and closing device of an aluminum beverage can is provided to restrict the leakage of carbonic acid gas by keeping the residual beverage in a sealed state and to prevent foreign materials from flowing into the can. A user keeps the beverage left after drinking in a sealed state by turning an opening device(2) fixed to a fixing shaft(4) in a clockwise direction. At the same time, a closing plate(3) is turned together with the opening device by a fixing support(8). When the closing plate matches to an opening part(5), the closing plate is stopped. An aluminum beverage can(1) is closed up by contacting the closing plate to silicon(7) formed on the opposite side of the closing plate to function as a packing, and then pressing the closing plate correspondently to the protruded degree by a lower protruded part(9) of the opening device.
