    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for estimating a destination are provided to improve the accuracy of a destination estimation by estimating the destination through a lot of moving route information. CONSTITUTION: A destination estimating device(1000) includes a route information generator(130), a group selector(140), a similarity measuring unit(150), and a destination estimating unit(160). The route information generator generates movement route information about a moving object. The group selector selects at least one group corresponding to a current position of the object among a plurality of groups. The similarity measuring unit measures the route similarity with the movement route information of the target route information and the movement route information included in the selected group. The destination estimating unit estimates the destination of the target object based on the measured route similarity.

    • PURPOSE: A group mining device is provided to mine a group based on physical proximity and social proximity measured by a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A social proximity measuring unit(124) measures social proximity with a first user terminal and other user terminal based on a calling history with the first user terminal and other terminal and text message transceiving information. A proximity ranking calculating unit(126) calculates a total proximity with the first user terminal and other user terminal based on physical proximity and the social proximity. The proximity ranking calculating unit sets a group about other user terminals according to the size of the calculated total proximity.

    • PURPOSE: A path prediction apparatus and a method thereof are provided to predict the path of a mobile object by extracting the path prediction hit rate. CONSTITUTION: A situation information acquisition unit(110) acquires the current situation information about a mobile object. A current information generator(120) creates the current information including the moving path information of the mobile object and the current situation information. A search unit(140) extracts the previous information corresponding to the current situation information. Based on the extracted previous information and generated current information, a moving path prediction unit(150) predicts the moving path about the mobile object.
