CONSTITUTION: A hot-water circulation device comprises a heating tank(10), a hot water supply pipe(20), a recovery tank(40), a first valve(V1), a second valve(V2), a third valve(V3), a fourth valve(V4), first and second water level sensors(80,85), and a heating device(60). The hot water supply pipe is connected to a discharge port(11) of the heating tank and is connected to a collection tank through a mat(30). The collection tank is connected to the heating tank by a return pipe(50). The first valve is mounted to an air vent of the heating tank. The second valve is mounted in the collection tank for the air vent of the collection tank. The third valve is mounted in the return pipe. The first and second water level sensors are mounted in the heating tank in order to become aware of the water level of the heating tank.
