    • PURPOSE: A human adipose-derived stromal stem cell composition for treating fistula is provided to suppress immune response and to clinically use. CONSTITUTION: An adipose stem cell composition for treating fistula contains autologous fat-derived stromal stem cell. The stem cell is sub-cultured. 50% or more of the composition is positive to CD10, CD13, CD29, CD44, CD59, CD71, CD90, CD105 and Oct 4 and is negative to CD34, CD45, CD104, CD106 and Stro-1. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of preparing adipose from a subject; a step of isolating SVF(stromal vascular fraction) from the adipose; a step of culturing the SVF in a stromal medium; a step of culturing the SVF in a medium containing EGF or bFGF; and a step of sub-culturing the SVS.

    • PURPOSE: A cell composition for regeneration of subcutaneous soft tissue and a method for transplanting cells are provided to transplant the composition to subcutaneous site and treat cosmetic defect by aging of deletion of the subcutaneous site. CONSTITUTION: An adipocyte composition for regenerating subcutaneous soft tissue contains immature adipocytes having 20-40 um of diameter which is obtained by differentiating adipose-derived adipose stem cells. The composition additionally contains adipose-derived cells. The adipose-derived cells are adipose stem cell which is obtained by adhering a stromal vascular fraction(SVF) in a culture vessel. The adipose-derived cells are adipose-derived stem cells which expresse CD10, CD13, CD29, CD44, CD59, CD71, CD90 or CD105. A method for producing the adipocyte composition comprises: a step of collecting adipose from a subject; a step of isolating the SVF from the adipose; a step of culturing the SVF in a culture vessel to differentiate adipose stem cells; and a step of collecting differentiated immature adipocytes.

    • A method for preparing a cell for heart tissue regeneration is provided to optimize engraftment and survival rate of the cell in the heart muscle, and differentiate the cell into the heart muscle, so that myocardial infarction is prevented and treated. The method for preparing the cells for heart tissue regeneration comprises the steps of: (a) supplying immortalization-inhibited bone marrow stem cells; (b) subculturing the bone marrow stem cells while the cells maintain characteristics of the bone marrow stem cell; (c) culturing the bone marrow stem cells in a cardiac specific medium which induces commitment of the bone marrow stem cell into a cardiomyocyte while the cell maintains characteristics of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell until 80-90% of the bone marrow stem cells are induced into the cardiomyocytes; and (d) collecting the cells of step(c) when the cultured cells show a marker specific to the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell.
