    • The inventive light-emitting diode device comprises a semiconductor light-emitting diode (1) provided with electric contacts (2) and fixed to a base (3) which is made of a high-thermal conductive material and provided with through locating holes (4), wherein said light-emitting diode (1) can be also glued with the aid of an electrically conductive glue to a metal layer (5) which covers the base and on which a pin assignment topology of the light-emitting diodes is formed. The device also comprises a lid (6) in the form of a focusing or another lens which is made of a transparent material and provided with a cavity (7) arranged on a surface connected to the base (3) and with pins (8) coinciding with the through locating holes (4) embodied in the base (3), wherein the cavity (7) of the lid covers the light-emitting diode with the electric contacts thereof and comprises a light-diffusing medium (9) containing particles of a light-conducting material and a luminiphore. The cavity (7) communicates with the environment via one or several through holes (10) embodied in the base (3) for filling the cavity with the light-conducting medium. Said invention makes it possible to improve the assembling processabilty of the light-emitting diode device, to increase the light efficiency and a radiation uniform distribution at the device output.

    • The invention relates to color photographic materials used for color image recording in the visible and infrared regions. The inventive material consists of a polymer base on one side of which an ant-halo backing is coated and at least two light-sensitive layers are coated on the other side. A light-sensitive layer is made from silver bromide-iodide emulsion containing microcrystals with octahedral or flattened faces or mixture thereof and with grains ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 mu m. One light-sensitive layer (in case of two or more layers) comprises an infrachromatic sensitizing polymethine dye corresponding to formula (I) cited in the description. The other light-sensitive layer comprises more than one orthochromatic polymethine dye of formula (II) cited in the description. The third light-sensitive layer, if any, comprises polymethine dye of formula (III) cited in the description. Auxiliary gelatin layer containing a hardener are applied between the light-sensitive layers. As a hardener preferably triazine-1,3,5 is used. This material possesses a high photographic sensitivity and resolving power.

The device also comprises a diode connected in parallel to the resistor and having an opposite polarity to the energy supply for the arc discharge. Reinforcement plates intended to prevent the reflection of macroparticles of the coating towards the area of the machined article, are embodied on the inside surface of the body. The reinforcement plates are arranged on the part of the inside surface situated between the vacuum chamber and the level of the ignition electrode.

    • The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the production of electrodes for alkaline fuel cells. An object of the invention is to increase the electrode service life. According to the invention, an electrode of an alkaline fuel cell comprises an insulating frame having ports for feeding and discharging reagents, a mesh current collector embedded in the frame and having lead-outs extending beyond the frame, an active and a barrier layers sequentially applied onto the mesh current collector, wherein sites of the embedment of the current collector and the lead-outs in the insulating frame and a periphery of the current collector along an inner edge of the insulating frame are provided with a sealing layer which can be made of an electrolyte non-wettable substance, e.g. with a sealing layer made of fluoroplastic. The invention also provides a method for producing an electrode of an alkaline fuel cell, which method includes producing a mesh current collector having lead-outs, sequentially applying an active and a barrier layers onto the mesh current collector, embedding the current collector having the lead-outs into the insulating frame, wherein, before the application of the active and barrier layers onto the current collector, edges of the current collector and the lead-outs in sites of the embedment into the insulating frame are impregnated with a lacquer solution and, after the collector has been embedded into the insulating frame, a periphery of the collector along an inner edge of the insulating frame is impregnated with the lacquer solution. A solvent wetting the mesh current collector is used as a solvent for the lacquer, and a substance which forms a continuous, electrolyte non-wettable film after the solvent evaporation is used as the lacquer.
