摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the force required for reverse rotation by controlling each product support base so as to be moved in the opposite direction at the time of narrowing or widening a space between a pair of product support bases, and passing an axis of a reverse shaft of a reverse frame through a nearly central part of a block pinched by the pair of product supporting bases. SOLUTION: A concrete reversing device 1 is formed of a support frame and a reverse frame pivotally fitted to the support frame freely to be reversed. The reverse frame has a pair of product support bases 10, 11 opposite to each other provided so that a space between them can be freely narrowed and widened. An axis X of a reverse shaft 4 of the reverse frame is provided at a position passing through a space pinched by the product support bases 10, 11 (a nearly central part of the space). When a concrete product C is fed onto the product support base 10, the product support base 10 is moved upward and the product support base 11 are moved downward. With this structure, a center of gravity G of the concrete product C comes close to the axis X of the reverse shaft 4, and the force to be required for reverse rotation can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply release a form by performing centrifugal molding wherein concrete is fed while the form is rotated and releasing cured concrete products from individual molds. SOLUTION: Poured concrete is filled into 12 individual molds 3 from each slit-like opening part by a centrifugal force and centrifugal molding is performed. After the centrifugal molding is completed, the end plate 6 is removed and the individual molds 3 are removed from the outer frame 2. The individual molds 3 taken out from the outer frame 2 are carried to a aging room, where steam aging is performed. On the other hand, the centrifugal molding is completed and new individual molds 3 are inserted in the outer frame 2 from which all the preceding individual molds are taken out and the centrifugal molding is continuously performed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demold a PC product along the molding surface of a form while forming an uneven part to the surface of the PC product and simplify the demolding work at this time while preventing the damage of the PC product at the time of demolding. SOLUTION: An uneven member 30 is provided to the housing part formed to each corner part of the molding surface of an inner form 14 so as to be capable of advancing to and retreating from the housing part and a plurality of cam guide brackets 34 are attached to the inner surface 30b of the uneven member 30 at an appropriate interval in an up and down direction and cams 36 are fitted in the engaging holes 34a of the brackets. The cams 36 are fixed so as to be set to the same phase in the rotary direction of a rotary shaft 38. The uneven member 30 is fixed to a protruding state by rotating the rotary shaft 38 and concrete 40 is cast into the space part between the inner form 14 and an outer form 16. After cast concrete 40 is solidified, the uneven member 30 is allowed to retreat toward the housing member 30 by rotating the cams 36 and the inner and outer forms 14, 16 are raised to demold a PC product.
