El sustrato con forma de talón comprende una capa de gel estructural que tiene una superficie de recepción del pie y una superficie lateral del zapato. Una porción generalmente plana de la superficie de recepción del pie se situará adyacente a la parte inferior de un pie del portador, durante el uso, y la pared integral, la cual se adapta para situarse adyacente a la parte posterior del talón del portador y porción del costado del talón de un portador durante el uso, dicha pared integral tiene un vértice de altura máxima, dicha pared que se estrecha en su altura de dicho vértice hacia dicho margen frontal; la superficie lateral del zapato define un canal formado en dicho gel estructural, adaptado para recibir un componente de refuerzo el cual se asegura a dicho gel estructural en dicho canal y se elabora de un material más denso que dicho gel estructural. Esto proporciona soporte a la talonera y al pie. Un cojín para talón se asegura a dicho gel estructural en un área acojinada para talón definida por el gel estructural en la superficie inferior de la talonera. En una modalidad preferida, el cojín para talón utiliza tecnología de panal para proporcionar acojinamiento incrementado y reincorporación de energía.

摘要： Hydrogel materials suitable for use in bandages and the like have been made from modified copolymers of poly(methyl vinyl ether/maleic anhydride). The modifying groups are three to seven carbon amines, amides or alcohols having a terminal vinyl group which may crosslink to other such modifiers or to intermediary difunctional coagents. A method for REDOX initiated crosslinking and continuous casting of the hydrogel, on a support material suitable for employment in a bandage, is also disclosed.

摘要： A triple density replacement insole which has at least two coextensive layers of different densities which are adjacent one another and extending the length of the insole comprising a first top cloth layer and a second gel layer and a third density layer comprising a stability cradle adjacent said gel layer is disclosed.
