摘要： The invention according to the main patent German Patent Specification ... (Patent Application P 3007035.0-25) describes an apparatus for regulating discharge quantities. The apparatus comprises two fixed rotary spindles having a movable orifice plate located on the first rotary spindle and a double-lever-armed float rod with float located on the second rotary spindle, which rotary spindles are interconnected in an articulated manner, via an actuating rod, to the orifice plate, on the one hand, and to the float rod, on the other hand. The apparatus can be used, in particular, in stormwater retention tanks in sewerage systems where the accumulating sewage is to be stored and then tunnelled on, in a throttled manner, to the sewage-treatment works. The invention according to this application of addition is based on the fact that, owing to the elimination of the arrangement of the two rotary spindles on a common vertical, the control of the discharge quantities can even be used advantageously if the distance between tank wall and discharge opening hinders or prevents the rotary movement of the float rod. The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment according to he invention, the rotary spindle (8') being arranged, on the one hand, to the right and, on the other hand, to the left (shown in broken lines) of the common vertical (26) without the essential features according to the main patent being changed.
