CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing fertilizer and solid combustion fuel using food waste includes a fermenting and decomposing bath, an aging and decomposing bath, a decomposing completion bath, a shaft(40), a first stirring wing(42), a second stirring wing(44), a third stirring wing(46), a driving motor(50), a power transferring unit(55), a sucking pipe, a heat media storing tank(60), a condenser, a blower, a first branched pipe, and an air curtain emitting pipe. The size of the heat media storing tank is gradually reduced. The fermenting and decomposing bath ferments and decomposes food waste based on microorganism carriers. The sucking pipe is installed on the upper sides of the fermenting and decomposing bath and the aging and decomposing bath. A plurality of through holes is formed at the sucking pipe to suck air of high temperatures and humidity.
