摘要： A tumor antigen gene is identified by screening a cDNA library derived from a gastric cancer cell line that can induce gastric cancer antigen specific cytotoxic T cell (CTL) by means of hybridization and PCR utilizing an amino acid sequence of peptide fragment of a known gastric cancer antigen protein, introducing a selected cDNA clone into a cell of gastric cancer cell line that cannot induce gastric cancer antigen specific CTL so that the clone should be expressed in the cell, and selecting a transgenic cell that has acquired the ability to induce CTL. According to the present invention, there are provided a protein capable of inducing immune response against human gastric cancer, DNA encoding the protein, as well as vaccine for treatment and prevention of human gastric cancer, and agent for treatment and prevention of human gastric cancer.

Cut-off voltages A and B corresponding to the video signals A and B are switched by a second switch and added to a video signal by an adder. A resultant signal is supplied to a cathode. In a CRT, the luminance rises in association with the step-down of the cut-off voltage and the step-up of the anode voltage and the resolution rises in association with the step-up of the cut-off voltage and the step-up of the anode voltage. The first and second switches are switched in accordance with the format of the input video signal respectively, thereby properly selecting the anode voltage which is applied to the CRT and the cut-off voltage. The video image can be displayed by the CRT at the luminance and resolution according to the video signal without changing a driving voltage.

The code storage portion is disposed on the base portion and contains an infrared absorber which absorbs substantially only infrared rays within a narrow wavelength band. If a real information storage medium is produced like that, subject mediums are judged real or not by a method includes the steps of emitting rays to the subject medium, receiving rays reflected from the subject medium, detecting a first reflectance at the peak absorption wavelength and a second reflectance at a comparison wavelength near the peak wavelength, and judging if the subject medium is real or not. The rays at the comparison wavelength are not very much absorbed by the absorber.
