A sheet forming the sheet layer formed by this composition has a 10% modulus at 20 deg.C of 5-250kgf/cm (a dumbbell No.1, a tensile speed of 50mm/min).

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a highly foamed decorative material wherein a base material and a foamed layer are strongly bonded and the base material can be released from the substrate of a wall surface by forming a synthetic resin composition mixed with a foaming crosslinking agent or a foaming inhibitor on a base material as a smooth and homogenous thin layer and further laminating a foamable synthetic resin layer thereto to foam these layers under heating. CONSTITUTION:A thin layer 2 composed of a synthetic resin composition mixed with a foaming crosslinking agent or a foaming inhibitor is homogeneously formed on a base material 1 and a foamable synthetic resin layer 3 is laminated to the surface thereof. When the laminate is heated to the decomposition temp. of the foaming agent in the foamable synthetic resin layer 3 or higher in a heating oven, the foaming crosslinking agent or foaming inhibitor in the thin layer 2 penetrates in the foamable synthetic resin layer 3 and, since the penetration amount thereof becomes much on the surface side of the base material 1 and becomes little as going away therefrom, the foamability is gradually limited from the surface of the base material toward the surface of the foamable synthetic resin layer 3 and, therefore, a foamed body having such a structure that foamed cells has a density gradient becoming dense from the base material to the surface thereof is formed.
