摘要： An organic light-emitting display device includes a substrate; a thin-film transistor on the substrate; a first insulating layer covering the thin-film transistor; a first electrode on the first insulating layer, and electrically connected to the thin-film transistor; a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer so as to cover the first electrode, and having an opening for exposing a part of the first electrode; a porous member in the second insulating layer; a second electrode on the second insulating layer, and facing the first electrode so as to correspond to the opening; and an organic emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode so as to correspond to the opening. The organic light-emitting display device may prevent degradation of characteristics of an organic light-emitting device due to discharge of gas from an organic material.

摘要： A condensed-cyclic compound of Formula 1, an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) including the same and a flat panel display device including the OLED. The condensed-cyclic compound of Formula 1 may be used in an organic light-emitting diode. Accordingly, an OLED according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first electrode, a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode, and a first layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first layer includes the condensed-cyclic compound represented by Formula 1. The OLED may further include at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an emission layer, a hole blocking layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer.
