摘要： Grill which makes it possible to solve the problem of fumes and gases released in traditional grills without introducing the difficulties inherent in the lack of uniformity of the heat distribution in the plane of the grill, given that the heat sources 2 which are under the area of the foods, i.e. under the grill 1, are protected by deflectors 3 which prevent the fat which may fall from the foods placed on the said grill coming into contact with the said heat sources. The figure shows the grill in an overall view, in perspective, where, for clarity of the view, one of the side panels has been partially cut away, making it possible to see the grill 1; the heat sources 2, the deflectors 3, the geometry of which comprises, in the example shown, the two ramps 31 and 32; the removable tray 4, the handle 5 for controlling the gas-flow- regulator valve, the lighter 6, the ventilation holes 7 for cooling the front panel and the double insulation walls 8.
