摘要： Disclosed is a wireless communication system capable of avoiding interference even when a network including a secondary user coexists. The wireless communication system includes a primary user belonging to a first network, a first secondary user belonging to a second network, and a coexistence manager (CM). The coexistence manager (CM) acquires information relating to spectrum holes that are, at least temporarily, not in use by the primary user. In addition, the coexistence manager (CM) determines whether or not usage of the spectrum holes by the first secondary user causes interference. If the determination result is that interference is caused, coexistence manager (CM) notifies to this effect a second secondary user belonging to a third network, which differs from the second network.

摘要： A semiconductor package includes: a dielectric layer having opposing first and second surfaces and side surfaces; a copper wiring layer disposed on the first surface of the dielectric layer and having extension pads; a surface processing layer disposed on the wiring layer; a semiconductor chip disposed on the wiring layer and electrically connected to the surface processing layer; and an encapsulant disposed on the first surface of the dielectric layer for encapsulating the semiconductor chip, the wiring layer and the surface processing layer while exposing the second surface of the dielectric layer. Further, vias are disposed between the side surfaces of the dielectric layer and the encapsulant such that the extension pads are exposed from the vias so as for solder balls to be disposed thereon. Due to improved electrical connection between the copper and solder materials, the electrical connection quality of the package is improved.

摘要： Web individuals' exchanges can be easily created by users inputting in, through a personal access, their identified URLvs from differing second-top level domain names. An associated identities database and a URLv syntax database can verify that these differing second-top domain name URLvs belong to the same individual. Once URLvs are verified, the URLvs are stored in individual's personal data repositories, which can extract data from the stored URLvs' webpages, including through using APIs. The result is that URLvs can be used to easily input data into prior-art web exchanges, or can create new web exchanges by multiple people inputting in their URLvs to the new web exchange. These features enable data portability of the individual's own data and weaken current monopoly individuals' exchange websites.
