The apparatus for playing realistic object audio includes: a deformatter unit individually separating scene description (SD) compression data and object audio compression data from inputted audio files; an SD decoding unit decoding the SD compression data to restore SD information; an object audio decoding unit decoding the object audio compression data to restore object audio signals which are respective audio signals of a plurality of objects; and an object audio effect unit adding an audio effect for each object to the object audio signals according to SD information for each object corresponding to the object audio signals among the SD information to produce a realistic object audio signal corresponding to each of the object audio signals.

摘要： Provided are a decoding apparatus and method. The decoding apparatus includes a repository and a configuration unit. The repository stores a plurality of functional units having an input port and an output port which are respectively represented as tokens. The configuration unit receives decoder description which includes an identifier of at least one of the functional units and connection relationship information between the functional units, selects each functional unit corresponding to the received identifier from the repository, and connects the selected functional units by using the token to configure a variable decoder. The decoding apparatus and method defines the connection relationships between a plurality of functional units that configure a decoder, and thus can quickly and dynamically configure a decoder suitable for various encoding schemes. Accordingly, the decoding apparatus and method enable to easily verify suitability in each level of encoding, decoding and standardization and achieve the concentration of information, thereby accelerating the progress and standardization of technologies.

A decoding apparatus in accordance with the present invention can include: a tool box unit configured to store a plurality of functional units; a decoder description analyzing unit configured to extract functional unit identification (FUID) from an inputted decoder description; a decoder forming unit configured to form a reconfigured decoder by loading and connecting pertinent functional units from the tool box based on the decoder description; and a decoding solution configured to decode input data by using the reconfigured decoder. The tool box unit can include a plurality of tool boxes in which the functional units are distinguished and stored according to their types. With the present invention, it is possible to reconfigure a decoder in various forms by use of the decoder description.

摘要： In a method for image prediction of a multi-view video codec, a disparity vector value of a current macroblock is obtained and a corresponding macroblock is searched through the obtained disparity vector value. An intra prediction coding direction value of the searched macroblock is determined as an intra prediction coding direction value of the current macroblock. The current macroblock is coded/decoded through the determined intra prediction coding direction value. The coding efficiency can be increased by reducing a coding amount by omitting a process of obtaining an unnecessary disparity value by using a different-view intra prediction coding direction as a current-view intra prediction coding direction. The coding efficiency can be increased by reducing a coding amount by differentially coding a similar disparity vector. The reliability can be increased through an accurate disparity using multiples of 8 rather than 16, in motion skip for sharing the format of a macroblock.
