    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of calcium enriched-embryo-retaining polished rice is provided to supply ionized calcium enough which has an excellent internal absorption rate while containing the extinct embryo part of the embryo-retaining polished rice. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of calcium enriched-embryo-retaining polished rice comprises the steps of: diluting acetic acid in calcium powder from seaweed in 2-6% and mixing to be 3% (w/v); shaking the mixed solution at 10-40deg.C and 50-300rpm for 5-48 hours; manufacturing a coating solution which is in a colloid state by putting cold water and 1-5% of soluble starch into the shaken mixture and boiling the mixture for 5-10 minutes; putting embryo-restraining polished rice and ionized calcium coating solution into a coating machine and rotating at 10-100 rpm for 1-3 minutes; and manufacturing grains with enriched calcium after drying the calcium-coated grains at 70deg.C for approximately 30-200 minutes.

A transformer(13) transforms the voltage between a manual PFC unit and an output rectifier. An output rectifier(14) rectifies the transformed voltage into output DC power. A constant voltage/constant current controller(15) controls the size of the constant voltage/constant current using a selector switch. A PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) controller(16) controls the PWM control according to the feedback from the constant voltage/constant current controller.
