    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container and a cap which enable hydrogen gas to be easily dissolved in contents such as liquid contained in the container.SOLUTION: A container 1 for dissolving hydrogen gas in contents in the container 1 by using a sealing bag 3 filled with hydrogen gas inside, has a container body 10 containing contents, a cap 11 putting the cap on the container body 10, and a sharp projection body 2 with a sharp projection 2a to break the sealing bag 3. The container body 10 comprises an opening 10a closed by the cap 11 and a housing part 101 containing the contents.
