摘要： The present invention relates to an interleukin-2 expression construct for yeast, comprising a methanol oxidase (MOX) promoter; a human serum albumin gene or a fragment thereof; and an interleukin-2 (IL-2) gene, and to a yeast comprising the expression construct. The interleukin-2 expression construct for yeast according to the present invention makes it possible to produce an expressed and secreted fusion protein of human serum albumin (HSA) and interleukin-2 at low costs and easily separate recombinant interleukin-2 from the fusion protein. Thus, the interleukin-2 expression construct for yeast may be effectively used to produce a large amount of recombinant interleukin-2 with high purity.

摘要： Gamma-ray sensing probes operating under the Cerenkov effect measure the burnup of spent nuclear fuel assemblies. The probes include an optical fiber that reacts to gamma rays coming from the spent nuclear fuel assembly and emit light via the Cerenkov effect. A scatterer surrounds the optical fiber to increase the light emitting efficiency of the optical fiber by the Compton electron scattering. A collimator composed of shielding material surrounds the scatterer. The collimator has a slit groove which is open in one direction for directing the gamma rays from the spent fuel assembly to the scatterer.

摘要： In an ultra-wideband (UWB) band-pass filter, an equivalent circuit of a band-pass filter for direct frequency conversion is configured to have a series LC resonator and a parallel LC resonator, the parallel LC resonator is implemented as a short stub and an open stub, and the series LC resonator is implemented by modeling an inductor and a capacitor as a distributed constant circuit. The series LC resonator is implemented to have a 3D structure for effective designing of the band-pass filter by a new method of implementing a series resonator circuit. In the UWB band-pass filter, a low-pass filter for improving band-stop characteristics is additionally connected.

The apparatus and the method allow heat recycling, thereby reducing consumption of heat energy and electric energy, and prevent such problems as degradation of vacuum pump quality, overload or damages on some parts of the apparatus.
