摘要： A system for interlocking together two panel members comprises a washer member having first and second washer portions connected by a necked down portion and having a through bore for receiving a fastener. The washer member is fastened to a side of a first panel member. A keyhole slot is formed in a second panel member, the slot having a relatively large opening portion leading to a relatively narrow opening portion. An aperture is formed in the second panel member spaced from the keyhole slot to define a bridge portion between the aperture and slot. A clip member attaches with a snap fit to the bridge portion and spans the keyhole slot terminating in an abutment portion at its distal end. When the two panels are interconnected, the necked down portion of the washer member is positioned within the narrow portion of the keyhole slot with the abutment portion of the clip retaining the washer therein. The system thereby provides for interlocking two panel members in a convenient manner with few readily manufactured components.

摘要： A low cost task chair comprises a blow molded seat support member having a central planar portion for attachment of a control bracket. A recess in the planar portion beneath the control bracket receives a cross brace. A pair of arm support frames are secured to the ends of the cross brace and to the control bracket. The arms are, therefore, easily assembled to the chair with the cross brace concealed from view. A pedestal is secured to the control bracket and contains a gas cylinder for raising and lowering the seat assembly. Another recess is formed in the seat support member for receiving a flush mounted cylinder actuating lever. A seat back adjustment mechanism for adjusting the outward position of the back relative to the seat comprises a pair of parallel spaced tubular members telescopingly received by the control bracket. A blow molded back support is provided with wedge-shaped channels for receiving a pair of tubular members of a back support frame, thereby providing for a back height adjustment feature.

The upper edge of the panel is normally spring biased against the enclosure by a latch mechanism. By this arrangement an explosion within the fireplace combustion chamber will cause the panel to pivotably open and relieve the pressure within the chamber. The panel can also be readily removed without tools if it is necessary to gain access to the inside of the fireplace.

摘要： A chair is provided having at least one arm rest which may be laterally adjusted in order to adjust the width between the opposing arm rests and accommodate different size users. The arm rest is attached to the chair arm for lateral movement inboard and outboard of the chair arm. The arm rest is also attached to the chair arm for pivotable movement between a locked position wherein a latch attached to one of the arm rest or the chair arm latchedly engages the other of the arm rest or the chair arm for selectively locking the arm rest in the desired lateral position and an unlocked position for permitting the arm rest to be laterally adjusted. In one embodiment, the arm rest has a latch mechanism which comprises a lower bracket rigidly attached to the chair arm and an upper bracket slidably and pivotably attached to the lower bracket so that the upper bracket pivots between the locked and unlocked positions and may move in the lateral direction relative to the lower bracket in the unlocked portion. The arm rest is attached to the upper bracket so that the arm rest may slide in the lateral direction or pivot between the locked and unlocked positions in cooperation with the upper bracket.
