    • A battery cover for prevention of electrolyte leakage is disclosed. In the battery cover, a sealed assembly structure of upper and lower covers of a battery case is configured in such a way that it forms a labyrinth structure that can allow an electrolyte to move upward and downward, thereby increasing an electrolyte leakage resistance of the battery case. Further, gas discharge holes and micro-holes are formed in the battery cover, and so the battery cover can easily discharge gas from the battery case. In the battery cover, electrolyte recovery ports are arrayed in such a way that the electrolyte can be prevented from leaking from the battery case even when the battery case is turned over or tilts to one side.

    • Disclosed herein is a cover having a double sealing structure for a storage battery. The cover includes: a lower cover body having cells, each of which has an inlet hole communicating with the storage battery body so that the electrolyte is injected into the storage battery body through the inlet hole; and an upper cover body which is coupled to an upper portion of the lower cover body. An exhaust port is formed on each of opposite ends of the upper cover body so that electrolyte or gas is discharged out of the storage battery through the exhaust port. In the lower cover body, exhaust cells are formed at positions closer to a medial portion of the storage battery than are respective outermost cells. Each exhaust cell having an outlet passage that guides leaked electrolyte or gas towards the exhaust port.

    • The present invention comprises: a plurality of anode plates, formed as a mesh by forming a plurality of cuts in series on a lead plate strip rolled into a uniform thickness, for storing electricity in a chemically reactive state by means of expansion processing; a plurality of cathode plates formed as a mesh for storing electricity in a chemically reactive state; a plurality of separators disposed between the anode and cathode plates for electrical insulation, mechanical separation, and the impregnation of an AGM with electrolyte, such that the chemical reaction for storing electricity is facilitated and the pressure in the cell remains constant; upper and lower cases made of polypropylene and containing the anode plates, cathode plates, separators, and electrolyte in a plurality of mutually separate cells; and a cap coupled into the screw holes formed in the cell units in the upper case, for discharging gas generated during charge and discharge when the pressure of the gas is at or over a permissible level.
