    • PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing bread is provided to manufacture bread with excellence in appearance, color, moist and soft texture, taste, flavor, and overall preference, and no trans fats by using no butter. CONSTITUTION: Syrup is prepared by mixing organic raw sugar, oligosaccharide, and water at a weight ratio of 1:7-9:5-7, heating the mixture until 70-90deg. C, and cooling the mixture to 20-40deg. C. A first cured Cudrania tricuspidata liquid is prepared by mixing Cudrania tricuspidata leaves and the syrup at a weight ratio of 1:6-10, and aging the mixture at 19-21 deg. C for 5-7 months. A Cudrania tricuspidata enzyme is prepared by mixing Cudrania tricuspidata leaves 100 parts by weight, the first cured Cudrania tricuspidata liquid 60-100 parts by weight, and barley bud 10-30 parts by weight, and secondly aging the mixture at 21-23 deg. C for 15-25 days. Whole wheat powder 100 parts by weight, oligosaccharide 0.5-5 parts by weight, the Cudrania tricuspidata enzyme 40-60 parts by weight, white wheat powder 40-60 parts by weight, and water 40-60 parts by weight are mixed and kneaded to prepare first dough. The first dough, water, white wheat powder, dry yeast, oligosaccharide, and fresh lemon are mixed and kneaded to prepare second dough. The second dough, white wheat powder, whole wheat powder, oligosaccharide, organic raw sugar, water, dry yeast, and bamboo salt are mixed and kneaded to prepare a third dough. The third dough is firstly aged at 24-26 deg. C for 13-17 hours, and secondly aged at 24-26deg. C for 13-17 hours after dividing and molding. The second aged dough is baked at 180-220 deg. C for 10-30 minutes.

    • PURPOSE: A production device and a production method of an RDF(Refused Derived Fuel) are provided to obtain an RDF of high quality by improving the combining force of different materials. CONSTITUTION: A crusher(100) contains a housing to insert waste, a pair of crushing rotors to be supported inside the housing to be rotatable and a crushing motor to drive the crushing rotors. The crusher shatters waste through the crushing rotors and discharges shattered waste. A pre-forming processor(300) contains a case, a pair of mixing rolls(310,310a) to be fixed inside the case and an extruding motor to drive the mixing rolls. The pre-forming processor receives the crushed materials from the crusher and discharges by extruding and mixing. A forming device(400) contains a cylinder to enter the extruded material and to discharge through a forming slot, an injection screw to be rotated by arranging inside the cylinder, an injection motor to rotate the injection screw and a cutter(420) to pass through the forming slot by installing in the rear side of the forming slot. The forming device discharges the extruded material as a solid fuel through the forming slot by pressurizing through the injection screw and cuts the solid fuel at regular intervals. Thereby, the crushing force is increased.
