摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize an ammunition supply device by providing a bullet feeder around an angle of depression or elevation of a gun, and delivering an ammunition from the feeder to a charger irrespective of turning of a gun. CONSTITUTION:After an arbitrary ammunition 90 in an inner drum unit provided in an external drum unit 20 of bullet feeders 18, 19 is so aligned as to be opposed to a bullet feeder 18a of the unit 20, it is rotated synchronously with depression or elevation of a gun. Thus, even when the gun is depressing or elevating, a selected ammunition 90 is maintained in a state opposed to the bullet feeder 18a. The ammunition 90 is fed from the feeder 18a to bullet conveyors 70, 71 in this state. The conveyors 70, 71 convey the ammunition 90 to a specific position, and delivers it to a charger of a gun side. Thus, delivery of the ammunition 90 from the feeders 18, 19 to the charger is conducted irrespective of a turning of the gun, and a device can be miniaturized.

摘要： PURPOSE: To efficiently effect handoffs a service ammunition and a used cartridge, by mounting ammunition carriers at a close interval to a conveyor, holding the ammunitions at straight line sections, and automatically releasing the ammunitions at the turnaround sections in a machine gun or the like. CONSTITUTION: In a magazine 12, an endless ladder-shaped conveyor 14 is disposed in a serpentine shape and is made of a plurality of straight line passage sections 16 and turnaround passage portions 18a, 18b by winding the conveyor 14 around a plurality of turnaround sprockets 20 and guiding it by guide plates 68. Ammunitions carriers 25 which are respectively made of carrier halves 46, 48 are mounted on the conveyor 14 at a close interval and is driven in a direction of arrow 21. While turning around the turnaround portions 18a of a port 22, the carrier 25 is opened, and retained ammunitions 23 are handed off from a transfer portion 24 to a gun conveyor and receive the empty cartridge cases 23a. On the other hand, at the turnaround portions 18b, the empty cartridge cases 23a and the ammunitions 23 are exchanged by way of a transfer station 36 and are loaded by means of a loading device. In this manner, without using a linear ammunition retaining element, an ammunition conveying device can be constructed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly supply an ammunition to a barrel by externally kicking out a vacant case from a slide after a machine gun is shot, and delivering it from a star wheel to the slide of the ammunition. CONSTITUTION:After shooting, a slide 28 is started to be retracted, and a vacant case retained in a barrel 24 is drawn by this operation. The vacant case becomes a state held in an ammunition holder 32a of a star wheel 32 at an ammunition receiving position, and externally kicked out from a barrel 10 by a delivering operation of next ammunition 80 by the wheel 32. Then, the ammunition 80 is delivered from the wheel 32 to a slide 28, advanced through the holder 32a of the wheel 32 upon rotation of a cam drum 12 in a state that held by the slide 28 and a support 12b of the drum 12, arrived at a charged position, and charged in the barrel 24. Thus, the ammunition 80 can be smoothly supplied to the barrel 24.

The round is conveyed from the feed device to the insertion device by a feed star mounted which rotates about the barrel of the gun.
