摘要： An induction heater having an induction coil (26) for heating a metallic substance (4) hidden by a membrane (2), the metallic substance being coated with a heat activated adhesive on its side adjacent the membrane (2). The heater having four location sensor coils (36) for detecting the position of the hidden metallic substance and means to facilitate the placement of the induction coil (26) over the hidden metallic substance (4), based on information from the sensors. Once the induction coil (26) is over the metallic substance (4) it is used to heat the adhesive thereby adhering the metallic substance (4) to the membrane (2). The sensors (36) are adjacent the inductor coil (26) and are insulated therefrom by an air gap (38).

摘要： An alloying system for a galvanized steel sheet, the alloying system using an induction heating coil, wherein an impedance matching apparatus is provided between the induction heating coil and a high frequency power source. The impedance matching apparatus comprises a matching transformer having a plurality of intermediate contact points for arbitrarily selecting a turn ratio, and a switching device for alternative changeover of the intermediate contact point, whereby even when the load impedance of the steel sheet varies, maximum power source output is obtained, such that an appropriate heating temperature necessary for forming an alloy layer of the steel sheet can be supplied.

A magnet is opposed to the conductor with a small gap therebetween. Relative rotation is generated between the conductor and the magnet. The rotation causes the conductor to be heater by slip heat generation. The heated conductor, in turn, heats the fluid in the pipe.

The end fitting is held with respect to the driveshaft tube so that an annular gap is formed between the neck and the driveshaft tube. 摘要： The invention provides a convection type brazing apparatus for metal workpieces such as aluminum, copper, iron and so forth that enables uniform heating of the metal workpieces to prevent deformation of the workpieces and can shorten a heating time to achieve a higher operation efficiency. A heating medium gas heated by a tube heater 36 in a thermal medium gas heating chamber 45 is forwarded by a fan 37 to manifolds 41A and 41B located on both left and right sides, to be blown through a multitude of nozzles 43 toward workpieces W to which a brazing material and flux have been applied in advance. Once the workpieces temperature has reached a predetermined temperature for brazing, a switching valve located in an upper duct 48 is activated so that the heating medium gas is intermittently blown to the workpieces. As a result, a temperature slope of the workpieces is minimized and uniform brazing can be performed.
